Need help with my headset. I bought the Blackshark v2 X for christmas and I really like the Audio but the mic is very quiet (on Discord and my PC settings I already set everything on max) and another thing is that others can hear my output, whether I am muted or not. :/ Is there anyone who had the same issues and knows how to fix it? The headset I used before the Blackshark V2 X was a cheap one from Amazon and it had no problems at all. I am also using a Audio USB card from Amazon because my mic jack is broken. Please just comment down below if you suggest anything. Thanks in advance!
