I have the standard 14 and the battery life is amazing on its own. I unplug it in the morning around 830 and by 11pm that night with moderate to heavy use im at 35%

I have an XR right now but my 14 pro should come in early January
I have the red standard 14, It does everything I need. Itโs a great iPhone
iPhone 14 pro or 14 pro max is not very different from there predecessor. I would want genuine reason to actually buy the iPhone, the satellite feature is only available in USA so that won't matter here in India, on top of it the chipset used in non pro model is more or less the same A15 bionic with marginal graphics increment. What bothers me is that reviewers like you always take the diplomatic way and never tell the end customer to not make a purchase, yoy simply describe as the product in a way which after viewing your review the other person thinks is not so bad. Simply give your unfiltered thoughts because people count on you to make that end purchase decision.

The iPhone 14 Pro Max is my first iPhone after being a lifetime Android user, and to be honest, itโs been a joy to use. Dynamic Island is great, switching and adapting were super easy, and looks like Iโm going to be an Apple User for life.
Bought an iPhone 14 pro max coming from an iPhone 11. Wasnโt planning on upgrading at first but taking consideration of the differences between the two, I decided to upgrade. I have had my iPhone 11 for 2 years and itโs at around 75% battery health. I definitely wonโt be upgrading my 14 pro max for a long time
My iPhone 13 pro max is still rocking. It's just that apple might have played a little bit with my phone battery health which suddenly dropped by 2% after iOS 16 upgrade.
Makes you wonder why would you ever buy an iphone. They're just ecosystem access devices at this point
It cracks me up when people say I baby my phone ( I know that he didnโt say that ) and shows cracks and scuffs . My wife does NOT baby her phone and never has scuffs or cracks . I use her as a measuring stick . If your phone is worse than hers โฆ you are not treating your phone with a ton of respect. Just saying . I myselfโฆ my phone gets babied for sure .

Coming fr a s21 ultra to an 14 pro max, the 14 pro max seems out dated compared to the s21 in terms of eco system/o.s and screen quailty. Still both great phones

Just got my purple Pro max 512 today. Waiting for Mous case delivery tomorrow to open box. Im sure it will feel like a huge improvement over my red iphone 11 plus verizon gave me $1200 credit and free beats headphones. Winning!

You should discuss the photonic engine that consistently enhances photos, making it super sharp as if it was taken from an android phone.

I appreciate the fact that you mentioned that these phones arenโt for those who are using a 12, 13, 13 Pro, etc. Seems like so many tech reviewers have focused on how thereโs barely any difference between this and the 13 series. And while that is true, people with a 13 arenโt the intended audience. Lol Nowadays phones last much longer so itโs fair to assume that Apple is targeting those with an 8, X, XS, maybe even an 11.
I was hoping the front glass would be tough enough to not have to have protection, going by your review, not so much. I have already purchased as case thru Apple, as I am waiting to take delivery of the 14pro. What front glass protection would you recommend?
my 14 plus is being delivered today, went with it for the lighter big phone instead of paying for the max, last pro phone I had I didnโt really use the camera system to need something other than my nikon camera

I get your point on who should buy the 14. I have a 13PM and after looking at the 14, and not just the lack of SIM, I didnโt feel the 14 was enough of an improvement to justify the purchase.
Iโm not one to take many pictures but damn the night mode on this phone is amazing. A HUGE upgrade from the iPhone 6s I was using before. ๐ I miss you Touch ID.
Got the 14 Pro Max for $200 with a trade in of my 13 Pro Max; super satisfied with it. Battery life is unmatched well, only by the 13 Pro Max.
Why nobody mentions that the iPhone got more expensive outside the US? Apple didn't change the price in the US because most reviewers are situated there
What you failed to say is that the iPhone prices only stayed the same in the US,the rest of the world had a significant price rise.
iPhones are boring. Good hardware but boring software for 10+ years. And even hardware is way behind Samsung with no fold or flip device. And then when they do bring it out ppl will act like sheep and it was new lol

Best phone ever
Currently I use the 14 pro max and before that the iPhone 13 pro max, I've noticed the magnets in the back was much much better in the 13 pro max, my wallet never fell off on the13 where as on my 14 it falls off all the time when pulling phone from pocket.
