Almost three months have passed and nothing is known about the MEG 342C

  1. I will test for you any tine you want it tasted 😁😁

  2. Only 6 SATA ports again? Guess I have to go with the ASRock Taichi again which has 8 SATA ports.

  3. MSI is still active in Russia. Despite the
deaths, grief and deprivation that the Russian army brought to Ukrainian
children and civilians! Despite the rape of 1-16-year-old boys and girls, the
killing of bound peaceful women and old people, burying them in pits with
excavators!! This is the new fascism! It cannot be supported, this is money on
children's blood!!! All self-respecting companies should leave Russia!!!

  4. I really love x670e meg mobo 🖤
I can't wait for you guys to release this mobo 😊

  5. Disappointing again next time – none mATX mainboard after AM4 with AM5. 😞😭🗑🔨

  6. 1:38:06 mortar max is shown

  7. Time stamps would be nice.

  8. 1:17:56 the bottom statement is wrong, AMD commented to TPU "On the X670 (non-Extreme) only the M.2 NVMe slot is required to be Gen 5, the top slot for graphics will optionally be Gen 5."

  9. Price?

They are confusing TDP and PPT for AM5.

    Its not 170W TDP
    its PPT.

    Edit:
AMD sorted it out and its 170W TDP and 230W PPT.

  10. Thank you MSI, this is really informative!
Now, I have a question! If you use all the NVME slots at the same time, will any functionality got disabled, like the PCIe slots or SATA?

  11. Don't show the back panel, it's not final yet.

    Shows.

Again, don't show the back panel, it's not final yet.

    Shows even better. 😀

IIISI 😁btw are there any plans for something like the unify-x?

  12. intel lan on x670e carbon?

  13. I can honestly say I'm not happy with my msi motherboard spent a lot of money to build a wicked fast pc and it hangs on every application or game I try to open and with my specs is should be blazen fast a-xmp if enabled creates a no post and I have to default my board to get a screen msi help has been no help either and if I put my parts on my wife's board it's fast like it should be and she's running the same msi motherboard as me… I believe I got a faulty board but nobody at msi wants to help.
Specs are Ryzen 9 5950x, msi mpg x570 gaming pro carbon wifi, asus rog strix 6900xt liquid cooled, 64gb ddr4 4000mhz corsair Vengeance rgb ram, 2- 8tb rocket sabrent q m.2 drives for my applications and games, 500gb Samsung ssd for windows, 1050w 80+ platinum full modular rosewill power supply, 2- 16tb Seagate storage drives, corsair elite 150i aio cpu cooler in a corsair crystal 680x case as you can see I went with all quality products and I've getting hangs on everything I click on and it has been doing it since first boot I've also tried different ssd hard drives I installed windows on the m.2 drives

I've updated the bios to the latest version nothing helps and when I'm talking it takes 3 to 5 minutes for an application or a game to launch I click I the shortcut and it looks like the pc is sitting idle and then 3 to 5 minutes later game or application launches.

As I stated above if I try to run a-xmp I get a black screen or no post when the pc restarts. If I manually set the ram to their intended settings (which is amd certified ram) I get a no post and have to default the board to get a screen back my 4000mhz ram won't go above 2666 stock setting if I put it at anything higher I get a no post.

If I take all of my parts out and put them on my wife's msi mgp x570 motherboard everything works great a-xmp works my ram shows up at 4000mhz and nothing hangs at all I click and within seconds the application or game launches like it should. This is why I think its a problem with the motherboard the only thing I had to do to my wife's was update the bios and I updated said bios with the same flash drive I made for mine with the exact same bios I put on mine and it runs flawlessly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated or I may end up going a different route for motherboard in the future

    Thanks ShadyKnight
