Hellhound name is cool, but hte childish cartoon logo is EPIC FAIL!
I almost bought a 6700xt at $1100 AUD a year ago! I ended up trying to get credit to buy it and it fell through so didn't get it. Yesterday I finally got one! It was an ex-mining card (founders edition) and was only $450 AUD! (Approx $300 usd) from eBay. It works great. It's such a huge step up from my 1660 super though that I'm now going to need to buy a 1440p monitor!
Is this card worth buying now?? RX6700XT Eagle for £600 on Amazon.
After my first 4 mos or so with the card I like it with some caveats. Its quirky with older games direct X 11 and older. You need good case cooling. Radeons always run hot. Annoying random driver timeouts probably due to over agressive power management. Gaming for the most part is solid but the driver timeouts come when browsing or watching videos meh. Raw power it is better than the 3060 and is equal to the 3060ti, neck and neck with 3070 If you want ray tracing use lower settings.

Just watched this video and I can currently get the hellhound for 409 on amazon compared to 400 3060 ti from best buy! Which one should I get?!
You may want to look at the 6700 non-xt, it's a rare card but has been appearing in stores here and there. Depending on where you live, it's a LOT cheaper than the 6700 xt and maybe 10% less performing. In the UK, it's about 100 quid less depending on outlet. Bargain.
I'm looking to upgrade from my 1070. My preference was a 6700XT since I've been wanting to build an all AMD PC. I'm not sold on ray tracing for now, at least
not on the budget I'm on. Could u pls advise me on which GPU to go for between the XFX QICK 319 or Powercolor Hellhound factoring the current price difference
between them in my country right now? The XFX is 15% cheaper currently. I know the Hellhound outperforms the XFX in most instances but do u think it's worth
the extra cost?

With all the update and progress AMD have made on the 6000 series lately, it's a solid card.
Man dont show RAY TRACING when trying to show how bad/good the 6700xt is… its not MADE for ray tracing and noone is gonna use it becuse its not worth it. Its like gaming on an a100, its gonna be shit even tho its 10.000£ becuse its not made for it.
Its 10 fps less for 100-150€ less, and now 1 year later its driver is so much better that right now its better then 3070 and more inline with 3070ti in some games like warzone

Damn bruh. PC part reviewers be like “IT’s TRASH DONT BUY IT” when it gets like 4fps lower under normal use conditions.
Anyone else feel like these tech reviewers are extremely out of touch with society….reality? We all either have nothing or 1050 ti's, and they be dropping these cards…laughing about it, I would love to own this card its not even remotely close to shit.
Everything you said is worthless now. RX6700 XT is on par(sometimes better by a bit, sometimes worse by a bit) than a 3070 after games implemented AMD features properly, and AMD drivers matured. RX6700 XT is about £250-300 cheaper than a 3070, about £50 cheaper than a 3060Ti.
I spent about 3 days looking at framerate comparisons and concluded, that in most titles, RX6700XT is within 7FPS(either ahead or behind) RTX3070, and about 15-20FPS ahead of RTX3060Ti; while drawing about 40w less than the 3060Ti, and ~50w less than 3070.
I just ordered a PowerColor RedDevil RX6700XT for 729.99(I know, it's not cheap, but relatively cheap looking at the current situation). a 3060(non-Ti) will set you back around £659-700, a 3060Ti will cost £730-880, and a 3070; a card that actually competes with the RX6700XT starts at £899 and goes all the way to £1050.
After the drivers matured, it's very clear that the RX6700XT is on-par with 3070, while costing 30% less.
You do notice that the hellhound is the more like budget option from Powercolor, the red devil is their top of the line model?
Still a great GPU today!

The age of the 400 and 500 dollar "high end" graphics card are over. I wish reviewers would start reviewing in terms of more "real world' prices. You would be lucky to get a card like this for 900 bucks today.
