This is great. Exactly what I’m doing now. Using my 11600k to play lite games like Fortnite. My rtx 3060 ti is still a month out but I’m loving my new pc in the mean time.

DO NOT DO THIS!!! I built a mini itx build with a 11600k stock and the problem you will run into is getting your PC to post with the gpu installed. My rig boots fine without it but gives me a vga error light once the gpu is plugged in. 750w platinum rated psu, I have tried disabling Intel UHD graphics and uninstalling them. I have tried updating my motherboards BIOS, but nothing had worked. It WILL BRICK your build for ANY future gpu additions you try to make.

I wanted the 11400f , but accidentaly i bought 11600k , im thinking on selling and getting the 11400f , i bought b560 plus tuf gaming wifi mobo , got 3600 gskill neo's 16gb kit , should i sell the cpu? And go for the cheaper one wich ends up in the same daily use and gaming use afterall , or keep it as i have it home alredy? Idk im not interested in overclocking its not worth it. I got a 2gb gpu from 2014 wich i will use until i can grab a decent priced 3060 ti or something close with 8gb

I'm doing my first pc build with a i5 11600k but went for the ASUS ROG Strix B560-F Gaming WiFi Motherboard ( are these any good ) I also got Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO SL 32GB (2x 16GB) DDR4 and have Gigabyte AORUS 1TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 and a msi gungnir 110r case
As storage .could you recommend a CPU cooler I was thinking Corsair h100i capellix… All I need now is graphics card power supply

I freaked out because I skipped to the benchmarking part and realised my PC thats coming has very similar components (it will have a RTX 2060 TI OC). The low FPS had me thinking "Did I really just pay $2000 for a PC that can barley run CSGO?"
Then I realised he didn't put a graphics card in…

Also, 2TB PCIE 4.0 NVMe drives are about £50-100 more expensive than they should be right now, if they are in stock. £450 for a FireCuda 2TB 530 with the cooler. It's similar for the Western Digital SN850 2TB. Jesus Christ.
The spec's of a build that is happening right now 13Sep 2021. nvidia 6gb graphics card, 500watt gaming psu, 16gb ddr4 gaming 3200hz memory, 2tb hybrid drive, 500gb 6gb speed ssd 4.2ghz, ryzen5 cpu, msi gaming motherboard, with m2 slot for nvme drive. 6 sata 6gb sslots, 4 slots for memory up to 64gb, 4pci express slots, 2pcie slots, 4 fans two extra with graphics, also putting in a 500gb nvme drive at 8gb per second speed. That Is all I know so far, Means nothing to me but what do You Think?.
I’m currently using pcpartpicker and doing a build to add a gpu later with the 10400
Does anyone know if a 3060 would bottleneck that cpu once I get it. So should I just wait and buy a better cpu then.

Hi, i saw that you use the fans that come with the case for the radiator and the other that came with the aio put it on top… did that affect the performance?? because the fans that came with aio i asume are better… ????
