Venus lol Lights are uneven and inaccurate the keyboard is physically in capable of reaching a warm or even cool white. All colors have a pink tinge as light shines the clear plastic portion. Not that is matters because the software is so bad I cant even download different colorways anyway. Unless you know mandarin for the other half of the directions yourre given, stay away.
Foam pad the Ducky between pcb and case bottom – 3mm neoprene foam is dirt cheap & 5-6 screws to undo? You could keep the better build quality and fix the sound. Just a thought.

I just bought a Durgod Venus with MX silent reds. Dropped some HK black and orange pudding caps, custom space bar and braided orange USB C cable..
I FUCKING LOVE THIS THING. It’s so QUIET. What really sold me was the LED indicators and Hera compiler on the Venus. Not having software to customize the Ducky was an instant deal breaker for me.

I currently have the Durgod Venus and I love this board but have 2 big problems. My RGB after awhile begins to stutter during color shift. If I unplug and reconnect it this fixes it. Second and the biggest issue I have is that the keyboard just freezes at random times. I have tried different cables and different usb ports and it still happens. If I again disconnect and reconnect it fixes itself but this has happened numerous times. This is a huge disappointment as like I stated I love this board but nothing can excuse a keyboard that just freezes. I have looked on reddit and other sites and this is a known problem. I emailed the company to try to get a replacement or see if there's anything I can do to fix this and no response (going on 5 days). I just pre-ordered the ducky one 2 mecha mini with hopes of it being as good as this board without any of the problems. I hope this comment helps anyone trying to choose between these 2 boards.

software and hardware there you go duragod is the winner if you want it to look pretty go with ducky or if you like fornite and lamas go with ducky if you want to have a better keyboard with better switches and software etc go duragod simple

the durgod gateron browns sound like a million bucks and also sound somewhat like the keyboard that taeha types made for tfue its insane i think ill get one
Do the gateron silent browns feel scratchy or steel very smooth
That sound test is pointless if the switches are not the same (actually Ducky stabilizers are lubed, that resonance sound is from the switches)

my recently pre-ordered/delivered mecha mini accent caps are NOT shinethrough, like they are in this video… very bummed out that they sent me this trash. The spacebar and keys sound terrible compared to my Venus.
Ughh i still cant choose the durgod venus wins the sound test (by far might i add) and theres not much else different to me so what do you think i should go with? Im leaning towards durgod venus

Can you use the Ducky Mecha Mini on a MacBook Pro? On Mechanical Keyboards, the Ducky Mecha Mini v2 is listed as not being compatible with Mac whereas the Frozen Llama version is listed as having a limited compatibility with Mac. Has anyone tried any on a Mac?
