This week a leaked version of Microsoft’s upcoming rumoured Windows 11 was posted on Chinese site Baidu. We were able to get our hands on it and EVEN boot it up with an NVIDIA graphics card to try and play video games.

Thanks Linus, for letting me know that I have at least until October of 2025 to keep using my Windows 10. That's a relief. I thought I was going to have to deal with re-installing all my work in the New Windows 11 in the next few months. But there's a tricky install reminder on my update page I will have to not click accidentally for the next 4 years.

Windowsfx 11 is full version of Windows 11, it just doesn't require TPM 2.0 and Secure boot. Even the control panel is identical and runs EXE and MSI applications. It only needs a processor core and 2GB of ram to run fast. See for yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FKMif6wwuo
How to download Windows 11
Great, so I have to learn how to use windows again. Thanks microsoft. I still haven't completely figured out windows 10 yet and gotten used to it. Why do companies do this to us? I have the same issues with other programs. Like Gimp and Blender. I stopped using them for a while then downloaded them again and they were completely different and I was lost and had no clue. I hate that crap. I understand they want to make things better and improve the product but why completely change the UI and how it functions.

Hello! From my point of view the windows in Windows 11 have too round corners, this is not a macOS ..it is Windows. I think that what characterized the windows were the corner windows. Even if you wanted a change in this regard, the corners should not have a radius greater than 2 px. This is my opinion.
Another aspect that I don't like is that, in the context menu, you have to give two clicks to see extra options, minus from my point of view. The copy and paste commands, edit, share, were also moved horizontally as icons, I don't like it at all. Everything must be accessible from the beginning and placed as a vertical list, of course only the most used and most important commands must be entered in that menu. When you move the cursor between the applications on the taskbar, the highlight color also appears with round corners … which looks very ugly from my point of view. Windows 10 looks better. Too many round corners everywhere, and too round … too much radius.
Another aspect with a minus in terms of graphics is..The line at the bottom of the search box in the start menu is very thick, it had to be finer or not at all.
Respectfully for Microsoft work … I think windows is going in a good direction, but changing the graphics with round corners is a failure. These too round corners do not characterize this operating system.

you can do multiple desktops on Windows 10. i have them set up most times for example a desktop each for work, social media and gaming. windows key + tab key then click New desktop on the top left corner

Ughhh. That search functionality… Remember when if you typed something, windows could actually locate it?? No windows, when I type "board" I'm not looking for the top google results, an English Oxford definition, or a mobile game or app. I'm looking for my fucking keyboard settings, is that so complicated?
This is why I have "search everything" installed on my computer, because a third party app does better at finding my files than the native OS.
