I’ve heard the the latency is really bad on the Keychron q2, can I Play competitively with the keyboard?
9:40 FINALLY, someone else that has mentioned the same thing. Call me crazy but no matter how many times I have heard that cut-outs will grow on me over time, they never do! I know that folks like me are the tiniest of minorities, so Keychron won't even feel the need to change the design; but I wish they would! I'm aware that this is how they're keeping the cost so low; that is, to have an interchangeable slot for a button or a knob instead of having two different chassis. But most people I know absolutely love volume knobs. The convenience of just rotating a knob to increase or decrease volume is of course something that most people would want, so why even ask for it? If anything, people that would rather not have a volume knob on their keyboard is a minority, so I really wish Keychron would just keep the chassis & pricetag of the Q2 & just make the area around the volume knob completely flush with the chassis

I think that what has kept me watching Frank all of these years is not only the production quality has always been amazing, but the little details like matching shirts to keyboards, the little GameCube controller in the top left all these things really tie so well together and make the videos have a comfy vibe, I absolutely love it keep doing great work.
Hopefully Q5 comes out soon, that one looks really promising!
I made the mistake of buying a Keychron K7. What I received was NOT wireless (no dongle included) and, when connected by USB cable, many keys did not work. When I asked Keychron for an RMA, they demanded that I send them a video proving that I had not falsified the results of their keyboard test. Keychron has ignored all my subsequent requests for an RMA and a refund.
There are many reputable companies making keyboards. Before buying anything from Keychron, think! Do you want to give your money to a company that treats its customers this way?
Still not sure if I should get this or the Q3.

Can you change the color of the knob?
Why are the bezels so huge ? Tons of wasted space IMO, I don't see why you would go for this form factor.
Hey champ. Im think to buy the K2 v2 alu frame. I just saw your review of the Q2 and do you know if the K2v2 is simular build and can you consider do a review of the K2V2 even tho i know that the Q2 and K2v2 has very simular outlay
Great review, and it's really timely – I just received my Q2 this week as a daily driver for my work office machine. Unfortunately my experience with the stabs out of the box has been…not good. I haven't had a chance to mod them yet (too much work), but they really sound bad. Other than that, I can probably live with the overall sound profile for the time being, and I may end up modding the internal as you did…but for the unit I have, the stabs are going to need some work – I may band-aid or Holee mod them in the near future.
I’m looking for a quieter keyboard what’s your recommendation?
Everyone talks price with the Keychron models but no one mentions shipping is on top of the price. This takes it from a great value board to one that is simply just competitive.

could someone please help me how i can change the COLOR of the rgb and not the mod on this keyboard? just like in the video the software freezes when i run into the Lighting option but there is no other way for me to change the color it seems. any help would be appreciated

It’s my final keyboard in the entire Razer collection and I am wanting to give my thoughts on the product if it’s possible…. I know you had been looking for the DSU for a long time now…. I found one and it’s looking good!

My Q2 just arrived recently and it's VERY heavy, you know RandomFrankP has been working out a lot if he can casually one hand this keyboard in the air.
