Deals for Days. Big home savings are happening now.
Been into computers since 1988 and I have never used liquid cooling, now I think I made good choice.
yes we need to see this build through now! I'm highly invested lol
Why do you keep using shitty software to test you temps, it beyond me
For this and too many reason I will never use water cooling.
How many adds does this guy want to put here. This guy seriously has no shame and I refuse to support a greedy money thirsty channel like this. Bye
Dude this had me laughing for a good little while!! Keep at it mate, your doing great! I love your content and love your videos. Sper helpful as im building a pc myself and decided against hardline cooling! Your videos help a lot while picking out my parts, and I love your approach to the videos!! Keep it up, and never stop having fun!
Where the fucks the update on this build?
Any update about your rig?
Thinking you need to change the coolant routing. IE not routing the warmed coolant to the CPU. An IR temp scanner should give you a read on temps about the system and see how this system responds. If flow needs to increase you may need two loops, but I would cool the CPU from the radiator return and not the GPU return.
let's go on next built in pc
While I have never built a true liquid cooled machine, I've recently had my computer go down with an overheating issue. It's a long story, but suffice to say I feel your pain. I went with a Vetroo AIO and my temps are very good. Tested with Cinebench running and monitored with AMD Ryzen Master. (Ryzen 9 5900x) Temps at idle are 30-35C and under load they are 72-75C. And no further glitches. Will be upgrading the RTX2070 to an XFX Speedster QICK319 AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT. Hope you get it figured out soon. Please share the solution. God bless, stay well.
Man I feel bad for ya bud air cooling is the way to go. I am runnin an arctic 92 mm case fan and my idles are 40 under load I get up to 50 durin medium/light gaming sessions.
When you used pliers on the fitting you should have wrapped the fitting in paper towel so it didn't scratch the paint off lol. Then you would have been fine using pliers.
ya convinced me never to do a hard pipe build. flexible prebuilt look fine lol
Add a proper Drain port, in the Future! Way less hassle! The build looks Great!
I would like to see it get fixed
Can i watercool both my GPU/CPU while using only one 360mm radiator ?
Yikes, an AIO is going to be as close to this as I will ever get. Still on the AIR though for now
Crying out for help. The screw holding the thermal cover over the m.2 ssd is stripped. Don't know how to get it out. Tried the rubber band trick and made sure to use the right size screwdriver. Utterly defeated
Liquid cooling system is so stressful
Could the issue be warm water coming from the GPU into the CPU block? Not the block at all? Could that be why the AIO worked so well? Sorry if Iโm an idiot.
Forgive me if I missed it in an earlier video, but have you tried to replace the CPU block? Perhaps this model of CPU block is introducing the issue?
Get yourself the EK waterblock. I have it on my 12th gen core i7 with the thermal grizzly contact frame and temps are excellent now. Ditch that Corsair block for sure.
Try using flexible funnels, malleable and rubber coated, set them up to divert any flow away from precious components! It will change your life! Great content, keep it up.
did no body say to him that he cant fix the cpu temps?! becouse the 12 gen and 13 gen and the LGA 1700 Pents the CPU and the Mainbaord?! and the Frame from Therrmal Griz dont work fine??? LoL ๐
could have put paper towel on the fitting to prevent scratching pain and remove
This why Iโm not water cooling my pc aio is fine less hassle
know much about washing machines do ya
Intel? Alright, good luck. ๐
Mine i9 12900k is doing this also gets up to 100c on heavy work loads but itโs fine while playing games even though I get spikes in the lower 90s sometimes while on games.
Oih Centric. Have you fixed it yet.
Keep the new mount, and rip out all the watercooling. Stick a good air cooler in and you're done!
VERY SAD GARBAGE, RETURN TO STORE AND GET RYZEN 7000 FOR SAME MONEY AND GET 60% MORE PERFORMANCE.
you should do two things. first, add a drain port to the loop. should have there from the start. testing for leaks and such. second, change the block. try an EK block. from what i hear they are excellent at cooling 12th gen beasts.
pc centric use thermal paste and donโt use water cooling and it might help maybe
This is why I will never build my own PC.
I saw in a JayzTwoCents video where he undervolted the CPU to bring the temps down a little. Apparently these CPUs ask for way more power than it needs.
fill the loop fully and make sure you remove the funnel first you probably don't have enough pressure in the loop
And this is why I don't and will never water cool. This is way way too much work man. I just like I can throw in air coolers and have it work for the next 10 years.
I made my pc then the mother board and or cpu decided to fry itself and I can't test either so now I have to save up until I can get the amount of money to still have enough for gas food paying off my truck and the pc parts I waited for a month for those parts to come in after many difficulties with Amazon and that they wouldn't ship anything for 3 wreks
16:21 then it's clearly the custom loop that is the fault. Why the drama? Your GPU temps are good, but your CPU temps are a mess. RMA what you can of the custom loop. Or try a new CPU contact plate on your loop. I dunno, could it be a pipe feeding the CPU?
BY THE WAY: Read the instructions of the Contact Frame. (You got lucky that your system is working, and you will know why when you read the instructions.)
You need to turn the water block on the cpu 90 degrees so that the logo is on the left or right. It is due to the fins inside the cooler not being over the cpu.
