Turning abl off will dmg the screen over time and it voids ur warranty
Thank you for this honest review. As you state, it is a matter of preference if people want a big screen. As for getting nauseous when sitting close, that is a real thing, but not something I suffer from; I want the immersion. I currently have PHL BDM4350UC 43.5” LED monitor, and I would love to get higher refresh rates and HDR support, all of which the reviewed monitor gives. However, the deal breaker is the dimming of whites, as I use it for multiple tasks, one being photo editing.
I previously bought the PHL 436M6VBPAB as it had HDR, but it is not for desktop use, due to the screen door effect at close range.
So, thank you for helping me avoid buying this – much appreciated!
Great review thanks. Friend (son) just bought this for me for Xmas $996. The other you talked about. yeah can't get it here in US 🙁 Also I think out of all the ones I watched your the only one complaining (maybe not the right word) the most. Believe it or not you waring glasses can play a part in this. Got a 43" desktop Aorus and no eye problems no neck. Were all different would have been nice if you had said "this could just be me" in my case its just you. Also really like your reviews!
£900 now here in the UK… it's tempting. Although, might be a little large?? lol
Ill be getting 3 of these to go with my racing sim
Please tell me why a regular TV uses 60W at this size while this thing uses 180-220W?
I have a problem with the sound it works for my xbox but not my MacBook. anyone know how to fix it?
say you have a big desk, how far back would you want this to be for it to be comfortable?
love my 48gq900 i think big monitors are awesome and you can always scale down to a 24inch 2k oled monitor its awesome!
Parents won't let me get a tv
I have a xbox x
also 4090 i9 pc
usin this for watchin movies in bed and chilin with friends on games
600$ off cyber monday
perfect
now on Black Friday I was really between a c2 42" and this one. considering the Lg cashback of 100€ is only applicable on the c2, which leads to 300€ price difference (799 incl cashback vs 1099) with that what you said in your video, I'm going for the c2. btw. coming from an Alienware AW3418DW which was great too, but since I have an OLED in my living room I was searching a good and affordable screen. Now I found it
What’s a good sound bar for this
I have a 48" OLED C1 and its the best purchase I've made for my PC. It's absolutely amazing if you do any type of production work. I wanted to post this because the reviewer talked about how the screen was too big and that when he'd leave his desk, he'd rub his eyes and that he probably needed to refocus. I had similar issues and probably the biggest issue was that i had to turn my head from side to side to roam the screen which was very annoying at first. I've been using it for about 2 years now and all of that has changed. It's actually pretty insane how we adapt to our environment. The screen doesn't look big at all now and my eyes have completely adjusted that I can roam the entire 48" panel without having to move my head at all. It's actually quite amazing when you think about it.
The reviewer complains the screen is too big, but the sponsors product has an even bigger screen 😂
what kind of speakers are those?
i have the 42 inch version and after a month i have a burn in problem oled is just mot worth the risk
Great video. Will this work with the Ergotron HX Desk Monitor Arm?
This or the samsung arkk?
Is there any other OLED wit Display Port 1.4? Also attachable on to wall?
The Alienware 38 inch ultra wide is so far the best gaming monitor I have ever used! I highly recommend over any other monitor.
I've been using a 40 in tv as a monitor since 2017 , this is the monitor I've been looking for . I believe if you have been using 28/32 inch monitors for years then the transition will be very difficult.
can this be used with a ps5?
OLED is second to none at the moment.
