  1. The best advice I can give when choosing a mouse is to go somewhere like Best Buy. Most Best Buys have display models for their mice. See which mouse fits your hand best.

  2. I came from the xp kone air pro wireless. Before that was the razer basilisk ultimate. This mouse gave me the best of both worlds. Lighter than the basilisk and more responsive than the kone. Also when you program a button it doesn’t change or not work like the kone xp lol

  3. i dont know why people complain about heavy mouses can anyone tell my whats the big fuss about mouses being not lighter than a feather

  4. what game is he playing? can someone please tell me?

  5. Wish they still had weights to add into the mouse. im a weirdo that prefers heavier mice. lightweight just feels so… loose and fragile.

  6. Feels good, looks really good, but way too expensive. Stick with Hero.

  7. After a bit more than 2 years (of course 🙁 ), my G502 Lightspeed also started suffering from the switches doing a doubleclick when clicked once.

So got myself the G502 X Lightspeed … and it feels like a kind of downgrade

    – It feels way more "plastic", it has less "body". This is partly because of the lighter weight. I knew they decided to ditch the extra weights (a decision I personally don't understand?) but it's really too light now.
    – The left and right click has more travel. There where with the G502 had a very light and direct reaction, with the G502 X I have to apply just that little bit more pressure and feels/acts less direct.
    – The 2nd DPI change button got way too big. I have big hands and now when using the Forward button, my thumb is also touching that bigger DPI change button a lot of times.

    – The DPI indicator is now just 1 led and is placed there where you can not see it because it's now behind the scroll wheel (and my fingers).

    – No direct check option anymore to see the battery level, now only shows when turning the mouse on.

    – The pros are there too: the gliders are better and the option to turn around the thumb button for easier acces.

Returned it and got a normal G502 Lightspeed again. The X is just not worth the money and the normal model is way cheaper now.

  8. I would say that the g502 has always been that mouse that tries to pack as much as possible, So I would go for the g502 x plus but…
The g502 x wired only weights 89g which may be heavy to others but for a person who has used every single g502 (Except for these ones), is bloody light!
I do hope to see a wired rgb one only weighing around 93g.
I would love to see that!

  9. You said no more teflon, now its PTFE for the feet… Im really not trying to be a smart ass here , but Teflon and PTFE are the exact same thing. Teflon is just a brand name for PTFE.

  10. that added panel between the buttons helps stop dust from entering the switches. i had 2 warranty replaced because dust was wearing the switches down

  11. DONT Buy the white mouse it gets dirty quick and the stains are hard to remove, unless you have a white keyboard I would go with the black mouse

  12. why are you whining about weight? When you are playing don't you want something you can feel?

  13. Rbg = more fps = yes

  14. Ordered the black non-rgb version, rgb on mice is arbitrary, not needed, everything else about the mouse is what I truly care about and this mouse might be my new main over GPX super light, can’t wait

  15. For me lighting is everything. I’ve got the 502 Hero, the 910, the 560, and the 635. The 502 I have only has the logo lighting up. Having a mouse that has that RGB strip, to me, is something I would want purely for messing around with the lighting profile.

  16. My g502 se hero wired is just unbeatable for me. The heavy metallic scroll wheel is so good. I paid $42 for it.

  17. I’m getting the 502 hero for Christmas? Should I have gotten the X? I’m new to pc gaming. Thanks

  18. After having my G903 for over five yrs. it's finally starting to consistently double-click on me. I use the infinity scroll 90% of the time in my games and daily browsing so I can't part with it. I'll do with the extra weight, it really doesn't bother me. So this may be a worthy upgrade.

  19. Would u say the xplus is a good gaming mouse ? I currently got the Logitech pro super light, but I need something with more buttons

  20. 9:50 – bro it's not just RGB…. the black looks wayyyy cleaner. Honestly if I was buying the mouse I might pay up.

  21. Because of type c charging

  22. The mouseclicks are more spicy and more tactile and still remain relatively silent while clicking… thats Magic …
Also the Mousewheel of the 502x is just perfect. I prefer the wired version its even lighter

  23. Does this mouse also wobble and rattle when shaken/moved quickly side to side ?
