Well, it's a year later, and I'm still waiting on my 32-in iMac Pro in dark brushed aluminum with 5K touch screen and the 0° hinge, the Mac equivalent of the surface Studio. I keep looking out my window for the delivery truck.
It will really shock me when the day comes Apple produces something people actually want.

Linus. I love your reviews, but it might behoove you to suspend your desires, preferences and quirks and consider how this might benefit someone else. Here is the understatement of the decade: The M1 iMac is not for Linus Sebastian. There is a market for it. It's not me, but I get that. I build my own PCs, have my own preferences and don't even use Macs any more, but I get it. Telling people to just "buy a Mac Mini and slap it on the back of the monitor" is not only disingenuous, but — come on, please, take a step back and look at that comparison. Not everything is for the pragmatic, self-made consumer; there are people who prefer style over substance, and who are we to judge.
Hopefully, someone will be able to help. Here's my story:
I recently bought a 24" iMac for $2,400. When I got it home and unpacked it, I found that there were no instructions, and not even a packing list. So much for my gripe–Damn you, Apple. Anyway, what do I do with the Apple iMac 24" M1 ACDC Power Adapter with LAN Port? I know one end plugs into the computer, but what do I with the other end? Do I now have to add to the $2,400 tab and buy even more stuff? #$%^&**!!! (Sat Nov 19 2022; 2:33 PM)
Apple should have made a wireless charging mouse and integrating the charging base into the stand. That would be really cool 😎
Apple also doesn’t tell you you can’t run a network Time Machine drive with Ventura.

The Mac Mini is not a better deal. Getting a cheap, non-Apple monitor for it is inadequate.

I'm still waiting for the "dirty" part – so far (6:33), it sounds like "all positive , remarkable!) up to now. Gees – makes me want to get one, but I'll wait until they get obsolete and come down to $400. People say that's crazy, but then, so did they when all of the other ones came out, and I buy them used for $400 (or less). Just to note: All of our 8 iMacs, 4 Laptops, and 1 Mac Mini – run 24/7/365, and the oldest is 14 years, and the newest is 8 years (2022). So, let's see Windows users can say to that . But if so, I'll hit them with the New "Don't buy Windows 11!" videos – which are posted all over. I buy nothing Bill Gates. Yeah, yeah – Steve Jobs was also a Jerk, and I only met "The Woz" 2 times, but they are all an interesting bunch. At least Jobs, Woz aren't "evil" – as Gates clearly is. Oh, sorry – getting political in a M1 video. I can hear the backlash now….

There was no way in hell you could've convinced me not to buy this beautiful machine that's more powerful than most computers out there. Just sitting in front of this gorgeous machine is nothing but a mental therapy or at the very least an ASMR 14 hours a day that I stare at it.
