Lol we have all been there bro, veryy frustrating..
Have tried this on other mice myself, and usually found that the only significant weight reduction I could do was snapping off redundant plastic support pieces or drilling holes in the mouse (not recommended unless you have actual good tools.).

I actually like the weight of the G703! I really missed the weight when moved from it to a Roccat Kone Pro, as the mouse was just way too light for me – to the point that I'm currently using a Basilisk V2 instead.
I'm looking forward to eventually picking up G502 X wired, as the weight is ideal for my tastes – and G502 Hero was actually too heavy for me – but they really dropped the ball with the cable!!
Actually can you do a cable mod for the wired G502 X??
