Kind of says something about the kind of people they are. It was an almost spiritual moment for Shatner looking at space and then seeing the fragility of life. While the extremely rich were screaming and partying on. As if that was just another toy they have access to for fun. He was just awe struck looking out the window. Mr. Shatner gets it and proves he truly deserved being Captain Kirk.

Big deal: if you go 62 miles straight up, you’ll break the earth’s gravity and be in space. This is just a gimmick to make money and entertain the millionaires. Why not concentrate on constructing hyper-lopes and bullet trains to improve transportation in speed and safety?
