You want to measure 1 part corn starch and 1 part shaving cream. Try to pack the cream in the cup or just spray it on directly and mix it as you go until you have it where you like it.
The dough should be slightly moist but not dry or soaking wet.

This is awesome! But does this sort of dough air dry? I mean it is made out of shaving cream and I believe shaving cream dries over time but I'm not quite sure. I sort of need an equivalant for Salt Dough.

Lol u can mix any liquid with a lot of powder to make dough. This is just one of hundreds of combinations. Try water and powdered sugar or soap and baby powder. Same idea lol
