Iphone mini’s are almost to good to be true. Awesome camera’s….. sturdy grip… no finger gymnastics. Slightly more privacy in public.

Battery is no problem either with the magsafe powerbanks, its even more convenient..
if the mini breaks, i’ll keep buying the same one untill another mini is released

The rumors seem to point towards the SE4 being in an XR body. It makes sense since previous SE models had always used the body of previous models. But this time the XR body is the same size as the current 12/13/14 models (6 was bigger than 5S, and X/XR was bigger than 8), and SE redesigns had always been a smaller size than the current model. So I'm curious to see if apple decides to go with "previous model" (XR body), or "smaller body" (mini body) for the SE4. 

Personally, I'm rooting for the SE4 to use the 12/13 mini body and be a successor to the 13 mini. It would provide a cheaper option while at the same time provide an option for a smaller size phone. I hate big phones that are hard to use one handed and are difficult to put in my pocket. And most importantly for me, I just want an iPhone to use daily that has the latest chip so I could keep it as long as possible (or until the latest iOS couldn't run on it anymore). Not to mention that using the mini body would also make the SE4 MagSafe compatible.

While I would love to have the the top of the line display of the pro models, I could live with a "just okay" display. I prefer to consume content on a tablet or notebook anyway. And as for the camera, for me paying more for a "pro"-grade camera is just overkill. If I wanted a great camera, I'd just get a mirrorless camera which I wouldn't have to throw away with the phone every 4-5 years. But that's just because I also know how to operate a camera. I'm aware that most people couldn't operate a camera which is why I would still recommend the Pro models for normal people who just want the best picture quality.

They really shouldn’t of named it “mini”. They should’ve named it iPhone 5.4 or something. Naming it “mini” makes it seem like it is inferior to its counter part.

I had iPhone 5 for years until Apple made it for me difficult to continue using it. Now I have the 13 mini. Really did not want to buy Apple products anymore but there is no good small phone out there and I succumbed to buying the 13 mini. It as great as the iPhone 5 was, I just don't like Apple and their entire echo system shackling system. If there is no more flagship quality small phone from Apple I will buy Chinese ones including Huawei. They have wonderful Phones. That is how much committed I am to small phone. Carrying ping-pong racquet size phones just never appealed to me.

I agree with all of your hopes! I’m receiving my iPhone mini 13 tomorrow. Had to buy one before there are none left! Apple please continue this little/big hidden gem!!!

Praying the SE with with 13 mini notch. Ideally iPhone mini SE with Dynamic island and latest processors but apples SE phones have disappointed me

I think Apple should have kept the Mini and I hope they bring it back with the 15 mini or 16 mini. The mini has 2 important purposes. It appeals to the small phone lovers (Japan) and it means the starting price of the newest iPhone model is $699 not $799.

@google. Pleaseeee make a mini phone. That will be a dream come true. I want Android 13 on an iphone mini.

Apple going from 6.1 to 5.4inches for the se is unlikely.

iPhone SE isn’t the small edition. It’s more of a budget edition. For those who like the Apple ecosystem but don’t want to pay 1-1.5k for a new phone. Apple will put the SE in the body of whatever phone has the financial/manufacturing efficiency to retain the low end market. The minis did not do well for Apple so I doubt they’ll put the SE in the mini body because it most likely wasn’t as refined as the iPhone 8 was, being the 4th generation of flagships having the same body in a row.

I think the XR will be the new SE.

Got the 13 pro and immediately my carpal tunnel symptoms flared. Wrist pain. Super bummed so I just ordered the mini since it’s similar to the iPhone 7 weight which has never bothered me. Fingers crossed.

nah, the next se will use xr design with improved chip cause apple wont offer an oled screen so easily for an entry model. it will take another 2 years before a oled screen will be offered to an entry model when the regular iphone screen has at least an 90hz to 120 hz refresh rate

The next Iphone SE 4 will be Iphone XR… No way Apple will give a premier design as its SE model. Maybe in another 4 years

I like the Mini. Make it the next SE instead of the old 8 or 9 design.

Until last month I was an iPhone 7 user and I had been having a rly hard time choosing between 13 mini and 13 pro as my next pick up. I went for Pro since I keep my phone for around 3-5 years so I wanted it to be as future proof as possible, but getting used to bigger form factor and WEIGHT aint easy for me…Wish Apple had regular, mini and max version in their pro lineup
