We’ve had bendable phones for a few years now, but flexible monitors and TVs have remained unobtainable until now. The Corsair Xeneon Flex is a 240Hz ultrawide OLED monitor, and while it’s expensive, it offers a pretty cool trick that we didn’t know we wanted until we tried it.

  1. Thank you for watching! It can become challenging to communicate online and work from home. Make sure to try Grammarly Premium’s tone rewrite suggestions now! Sign up for an account and get 20% off Grammarly Premium: https://grammarly.com/LTT

  2. Try LG OLED flex……

  3. Hmm, moving the usual front panel I/O to the monitor stand is an interesting idea. I like it, but the "off" side of the keyboard would be an even better place for it: left side of the kb for most of us, right side for lefties. As a bonus, then all keyboards would have to be as heavy as all keyboards should be!

A good alternative might be a good, heavy combo DAC, headphone amp with mic input, and some USB connectors, all connected to the back of the PC via USB-C. I like this. Let's get rid of "front panel" headers on the mainboard altogether and make the "universal" serial bus (USB) take one more baby step toward truly being universal.

    Curved to play.
    Flat to work.
One monitor to rule them all.
Designers/architects/engeeneers will love stuff like it.

  4. why is it a scary proposition to buy anything expensive? In Germany you have 14 days money back on all products (no questions asked). If something really sucks you can always return it. Given you send it back as new i think this is only fair.

  5. 0:28 rly nobody commenting on his face like 😳🤣

  6. 6:25 What's ugly? That's one of the best features of this display right after the bendable panel.

I don't know who asked for port-less peripherals or who invented the good awful idea of hiding the IO ports.

I'd seriously consider paying a premium for these features on a monitor. They even had the ingenious idea to put the display connectors in their default location and keep only the IO ports and the controls front and center. Well done Corsair👏👏👏.

Now add a 100W PD port and your unbeatable. Oh, and also make a 27"version without the bendable tech

  7. 3440×1440 "low resolution" 🤣🤣

  8. I’d consider it if it was 5120×2160 while remaining at least 120hz refresh

After using 1440p for the past 10 years I’d really want to feel like a visual upgrade now that GPU’s can run 4K at high frame rates. 1440p on a screen that large that you’ll likely sit close to being a monitor is too low

  9. 10 years? I invested in universal display when they debuted foled & oled tech in 2003.

Oled and filed BTW were developed for the US DOD, for use in HUDs in visors, fighter jets, etc.

  10. Appreciate the Yu-Gi-Oh nerd that edited in the life point sound effect.

  11. My advice is just to wait a couple more years for OLED gaming to mature and drop in price.

im waiting for the day they come out with monitors that fold like paper airplanes

  12. 1:38 the square discord monitor is so accurate man why do this to me

  13. Time to replace the old G9 49” 👌 It has 240Hz as well, but no OLED and no custom bending, so it’s and easy choice.

  14. To stay with the car comparison, we now need electric memory slots for different curvings.

  15. Never buying anything from Corsair EVER again.
Tried it once, twice, keep counting…the shirts breaking like made in China…wait, it is China quality.
    Junk overpriced brand!
Same goes with Asus mostly…pretty much the same junk brand!

  16. #AD

  17. How do you make a $2000 gaming monitor that CAN'T be used on a sim rig? WHO ARE YOU SELLING TO!?

  18. 100% deal breaker. My desk is a monstertech rig and there is no table top to put the monitor on. Unfortunate because I would love something like this. Enough to jury rig it, even.

  19. Yikes, but the expense. Even if I want it, I could never justify that cost.
Can't games manage the parallax issues in the GPU so that the physical curve is somewhat unneeded?

  20. Sorry but Corsair have to do better than this. LG's own Flex model is so much better and the bend is motor controlled It's a "normal" 4K rather than this Ultrawide model, but If I wanted a flexible Ultrawide screen I'll wait for LG's version on it. The idea with the handles is plain stupid.

  21. 4:10 gotta be a tai lopez reference
