Here’s how to create an inexpensive and easy dry erase board, saving you hundreds of dollars and using some simple materials you can easily purchase from a home supply store!
You’ll need:
White Acrylic Panel
Wood Screws
Washers
Dry Erase Markers & Eraser
Tip: Measure your wall space you want to occupy with your dry erase board and get your panel board cut correctly BEFORE you take it home! This saves you the hassle of breaking out the saw and is EXTREMELY convenient!

I think you should show if/how easy it is to clean the board, because that's what's the most important thing about a whiteboard, and anyone that's used one will know it's a hassle cleaning it easily. Maybe this doesn't even clean at all? you don't show it.
I did not know that Home Depot had a board and I was just about to put down over $100 for that special paint for my daughters room. I am so glad I came across this video, I can not wait to head out to Home Depot for these boards. Thank you.

I know a way that is way cheaper.
1. Cover a piece of cardboard in white paper, or just get white paper depending on how you do the next step.
2. Laminate the piece of paper or cardboard, using a laminating machine or a laminating sheet.
You are finished. How easy and cheap was that?
Prior to seeing this video I learned of this approach. I have 5 panels side by side ( 32" x 4' ) from Lowes. This size fits in my car. They work great. They are inexpensive. In addition, I used 1" x 4"s 'with a 1/8" groove' to make a frame and I can easily swap the panels in and out. To make it easier to erase, simply apply a coat of Turtle Wax. However, I want to make videos for my website. They currently reflect too much light. So I am thinking of applying paint and/or a coating to the back of the board. There are, of course, paints etc advertized to do that. They are pricey. Would a particular flat acrylic paint that would work well? Or would something else do a better job? In passing, your videos are very good. I would be delighted to learn of your lighting techniques. Thanks.
Awesome video. I've been trying to buy a huge whiteboard and have been having a hell of a time. This video will also save me a ton of cash. Idk why there is so much hate on this video. The board is $13 and you can buy a four pack of screws and washers for a buck a piece. You don't need to buy some huge set to hang the board. Thanks again
