Hey. Any help would be appreciated. Apple does not allow comments on their official channel. (Wonder why.) My uncle is 90 years old and lives in assisted living facility. He locked himself out of his iPhone by putting in the wrong password too many times. He was excited to let me know some family news – You know how seniors are. Now the problem is that no one at Apple can unlock if for me. They want user name and password and this was set up by my wife several years ago. I no longer have access to this info. Why can't I just go into an Apple store and they can talk to my uncle, verify his identity and just unlock it for me. i am ready to give up on this company. Any suggestions. ?? Thank u.

The Apple Watch is worth every penny that they cost!
The Apple Watch saved my life when I went into Insulin shock one early morning at 3am.
All my family were asleep. I was unconscious and fell out of bed. The Watch called 911 and also contacted my son from my iPhone emergency list.
The Police arrived at the house 10 mins later and found me on the floor . They obviously took me to the hospital.
I’m here today because of this watch and I’m so grateful to be alive right now and to note I’m 78 years old.

How can you leave out the most important feature or function on airpods which is the sou d quality. The sound quality on the old airpoids pro is so inferior to brands like jbl sony beats etc. It lacks bass louder sound etc

That pill notch they call dynamic Island is another version of the touch bar they brought to the MacBook… Very soon they will realize how ugly distracting and less useful it is.
