$1500 for that is kinda stupid. It’s a small upgrade for 3x the cost. in my opinion it should be more like $800.

It's all about eye tracking and collecting your data. That's the only answer considering they haven't developed any software/ games that utilizes the eye tracking sensors.
Everyone bothered about price yet you carried a $2000 ish Mobile phone in your pocket that you probably upgrade yearly or at least every few years

3:14 Not entirely accurate. You can easily set the IPD to an in between setting and it will stay there. Pretty sure the headset recognizes the in between setting and changes the display accordingly, too.

It'll be the Quest 2 for me.
Probably when the quest 3 comes out, its price is gonna be atleast $500 or $600. Maybe because theyre gonna maybe have a different strap on, maybe longer bettery life, newer lenses, and some other stuff thats gonna be an upgrsde from the quest 2 (which I have ever since it came out for $300, which is now 400) hope to get to see this quest 3 when it comes out. Listen I'll admit this is a cool upgrade and I am not about to rant on the way it works or the upgrades just because of the price. But after all the price at the end is what settles it for me at least , and I don't think I'm gonna spend $1500 on a vr headset any time soon.

just got my quest pro yesterday. the only thing that i regret is that i owned the original cv1 and i have many games that i bought over the time, over 300 worst of games that i wont be able to use with the pro. 🙁

Is the Quest Pro sufficient to replace using a computer monitor? The Quest 2 was too grainy (low resolution) for reading text.
