Is there a natural color that changes over time? (E.g oxidizes)
The narrator sounds like Willy Wonka and Micheal Jackson
this is beautiful! I'm not a science student tho… Still, I dunno why have an attraction about chemistry, specially this Acid-base part, and transformations <3

How do you make it pink ?
that makes no cents washing soda is backing soda
that is a good science man overthere
this makes a lot of sense tbh. I think that the cabbage extract is kinda like litmus paper. it measures the pH of the substance it is poured in. vinegar being acidic turns red, while the baking soda and lye turn blue and green cuz they're bases

how long will it take for it to change color?
i got a a+ on my test

This is stupid
Alkaline to acid to neutral to acid
I guess you could say the second half was all a… lye
aren't the sodas + the vinegar neutralizing each other? lye wouldn't overpower anything then, it would be the only active ingredient left
is the extract itself edible? jus the extract, nt with all the other chemicals.
what is tha name of the songΒ
