I know that the LTE version eats battery reserve faster than without, but is there a way to turn off the LTE function when I wouldn’t need it?
It would be nice if googs & sammy would provide free unlimited data for the watch 4 in exchange for tracking.
I just can't get excited about a samsung watch. I purchased the 3 and was severely dispointed. Brand New out of rhe Box w everything turner off except heart rate I could barely get 24 hrs out of it and on top of that it was kinda laggy which i couldn't stand. Oh and there were barely any apps to download. Hopefully they fix that because the watch is horrible w out 3rd party apps. I ended up going w the ticwatch pro 3 and everything I hated about the Samsung I loved w the ticwatch. The pro 3 is light-years ahead of Samsung and even has 2 screens built in for regular mode and essential mode that can last up to 45 days. And pro 3 is far better looking than the Samsung 4.
What happen to all the beautiful women that use to talk about tech on CNET ? Oh yeah , that watch looks cool too.

That alone is reason enough to not upgrade from my original Galaxy watch.
I get 4 days easily with this. How come Samsung been getting worse on battery life with each iteration of their watches? 🤔
Am I correct in assuming that the clockfaces I downloaded for my Active 2 (Tizen) won't be transferable to the Wear OS Watch 4?

Do you pair the watch 4 with the wearOS app or the Galaxy wear app?
The biggest flaw according to me is that Samsung Watches take into account your Samsung Health Profile and Basal Metabolic Rate to measure calorie burned during a workout. So they are tailored to you, providing your profile is accurate, but these workouts (except walking & running) don't use the Heart Rate Monitor to count burned calories which is plain stupid according to me. I'm really hoping they fix this in Watch4 and is par with how other popular brands track calories during a workout by using actual heart rate and not a BMR formula. None of the reviewers bother with this in the past reviews too and hoping someone sees this and questions Samsung.
