What was the software were you could change the Dpi I have a similar one from Logitech but not the same
Ive been rocking a $25 Razer Atheris mouse and honestly for the price i couldnt be happier. Response time is great, tracking is great, on the heavier side which i prefer, and its way smaller than most normal mice which i love cause i have smaller hands and i grip with my fingers. If anyones looking for a small mouse with great response and great tracking, id pick up the razer atheris. For $25 i love this thing

i have the 15 dollar YoChic one and am using it right now and its pretty god but kinda heavy and only good for casual gaming. If you care about your Valorant rank, do not buy.
at 114 grams is a very heavy mouse for todays standards, you have mice with almost half that weight at the same price…
I can't speak highly enough about the wireless G305. I use one at home to game and one at work to… work. After years of razers I'm officially converted. Still getting used to having a lot fewer mouse buttons, but I don't mmo raid anymore either.

i have never faced double click issue on logitech mouses maybe i got lucky but i have had 2 mouse over 8 years and it had daily use of approx 6 hours so i feel they are solid even if the start having double click issue like these guys server me well for years if after like 4 years of intense use they break i dont blame logitech
I just broke my 8 month old Razer Basilisk Ultimate in the most dumb way. Never spray contact cleaner inside of a mouse. I picked up one of these because I had thought about getting one when I got the Razer. They are almost the same mouse, but I really like the G502 HERO more overall, EXCEPT I really really miss the mouse wheel from the Basilisk Ultimate. That one is rubberized and textured for a more controlled grip, and you can tighten the resistance of it, which is nice for switching weapons in FPS. If I could have a better mouse wheel and shorten up the body of it for a more comfortable grip it’d be my dream mouse.
I just replaced my Hero which I had since 2015, with a brand new Hero! <3 Best mouse.

I actually like the weight of the mouse loaded up with all weights but I know I'm a weirdo
I'm noticing now how the Razer Basilisk v3 is basically a carbon copy of the G502 but without the adjustable weight.

i want a new mouse but cords have been notoriously annoying for me in the past and that thumb wing looks so uncomfortable i cannot buy that thing without feeling one in person first

Logitech's customer support is absurdly over the top. Had an OLD illuminated low pro keyboard and my cat shredded a few keys off of it and when I asked Logi about replacement parts they just asked for the S/N and sent a new one.

Had one since 2014. The shape feels so good and there's no missclicking the side buttons. If they did a lighter wireless one I'd buy that immediately.
I recently bought the Razer Basilisk V3. It was a toss up between this and the Razer but I'm happy with my purchase.
Logitech has been the staple brand of PC peripherals in where I live. Every (most) office, school, library, basic net cafe, etc uses Logitech for their K+M combo to the point that they're dubbed the "standard keyboard." When people asks for a "standard" K+M, they would be given a Logitech product.
People are comfortable with the brand, and their pricing are quite friendly for a gaming tier gears. People rather buy something they're most accustomed to than trying something like SteelSeries/Razer/Corsair/etc.

im a suspect of owning one of these, and I really can't ask for more out of a mouse. I have had mine since 2020 and it blew my mind because the mouse I had before it was a office mouse. If I ever change it just wont feel the same without THE FREE SPINNING MECHANISHM
I also had this problem that it would sometimes register clicks twice or not at all. After it got older, this problem increased but I still use it as my daily driver for all of its plus points. It can be sometimes very annoying while doing work( making ppt, docs, etc)
I am already on my 2nd G502 Hero and i just can't imagine operating my PC without this mouse. This mouse just made my life so much easier and it is so affordable. I just love the free spinning scroll wheel and the G-Shift feature in the software. Best mouse in the world.
I actually returned this mouse after 5 mins of use. My $7 office dell mouse has excellent right and left click (firm and crisp). G502 clicks are so mush, a breeze will trigger them . Can not rest your finger on the shell without forcing a click. Horrendous build. Utterly terrible.
Why isn't anybody talking about linus's bicep and forearm, they have quite a good shape and size especially for somebody who probably doesn't lift regularly
So… I have the G502 Procteus Core I bought back in 2014 and still use today. XD the braiding has frayed away and my right click double clicks but I sprayed it with some contact cleaner and it's mostly fine now. Still works great and still supported in modern software. I do use all the programable buttons. For me the big selling point for this mouse is the 2 programmable buttons right next to the left click. I want to replace it with the g502 X but that mouse feels so light and cheap and the across wheel feels way too light. My one major complaint is that the dpi shift button is too far forward for my thumb to reach and I never use it due to that reason.
