Probably an unpopular opinion, but I like this trend of larger handhelds. Never liked how small older handhelds like the 3DS and PSP were. Especially the absolutely tiny stuff like the GBA SP and the GB Micro.
Gimme a Steam Deck or Aya Neo any day.

I kind of think if Playstation made another hand held with todays gear it could be on the same tier as vale after some modding, looking back at the psp and vita they where pretty good at the time for what they was. 🤔

steamdeck don't have windows pre-installed with working drivers, not worth it.
I wish more companies would do the clamshell design like the GPD win 1 and 2 or the DS. It feels way more ergonomic.

Are theri any handhelds that coming out that more like a gaming console rather than a gaming tablet/pc. Cause all these handhelds im seeing just look like handheld tablets with controls or handheld pcs with controls. Personally, would love a company to develop a handheld gaming console that acts as a console not a pc or tablet.

This was the best review of this handheld Ive seen yet. "OLED indie machine" is exactly what I need and though you pointed out its compromises you identified exactly who would like it
Ayaspace has easily the most confusing UI ever but still just like you said I still appreciate their efforts.

I really enjoy my OLED screen on my Switch OLED but at the end of the day… i prefer performance, like 95% of gamers…and my SteamDeck is UNBEATABLE at the moment …
