DONT BUY. The samsung galaxy book pro 360 15.6 inch screen is so thin that it will crack after 3 months of light usage. Samsung knows it defective and told their total care tech company to consider all cracks physical damage and to void the manufacturer warrenty for any other issues. No to mention they want 650 to fix it. This laptop is a scam and Samsung knows it.

I notice this device has only 1 thunderbolt port and 2 USB-C ports so can i extend my screen like connect to my monitor(Normal monitor not a dock monitor) using USB-C port( using USB-C to HDMI adapter) instead of the thunderbolt port of the laptop?
If yes, would you suggest a good USB-C to HDMI converter to buy?
Do these have screen issues like the previous generation did with cracking?

BE WARNED – The book2 Pro 360 has wireless connection issues. Sounds lags and stutters and makes anything unlistenable

So funny thing happened, I bought the 13 inch 512gb storage Pro 360 from last year for $1,300 after taxes and protection plan a few weeks ago. Saw this was available for preorder with a free monitor, so I decided to return the laptop I had bought, so I did. Well, when I went to pre order one of the newest ones, I applied for Samsung Financing, was approved, placed my order and had it cancelled (which Samsung is Notoriously known for doing). Which was weird because why approve me, and then cancel my order…..but anyways. So needless to say I was pissed off. Well, I go back to Best Buy, and see they are having a 1 day Flash Even, so I look around, and find the 15.6 inch 1Tb storage Pro 360 from last year, and after the protection plan, I paid $1,100 even. So all in all, even tho I wasn't able to get the newest one like I wanted, I still got a better deal than what I had. Not only did I get the bigger version of what I had with double the storage, but I also paid $200 less for it……Not too bad. Sometimes just because things don't work out the way you want them to, doesn't mean the the outcome was bad. All in all, I saved money and got a better laptop……not too shabby lol.
Interesting. Not one comment here about all the cracked screens that have been reported and what Panasonic did or didn't do about it in version 2. You'd think there'd be at least one video about the issue but nope, just video after video gushing all over how great they are. I guess the first step is admitting you have a problem until the class action lawsuits hit.
Didn't mention much on the difference as far as specs. I care less about the resolution and more about operating speeds. Any idea how these would do for music production, video editing etc?

How is the build quality of the laptop? Is it plastic? Does the screen flex? Does the palm rest area bend? Can it be compared to the XPS 13 level of build quality?
Does it feel premium like the dell xps 13 does?
I’m a performance business user and the build really matters to me. If I’m paying so much money- I want my laptop to look and feel premium.

We are only getting i5 version here in Canada. Last year we only got the 8gb RAM models 🙁
All of them have 8GB RAM, the highest is 16 GB which is always out of stock. They talked about ARC GPU but in the UK that's also unavailable. The hinge was weaker in the early version and the screen was cracking. Their Technical Support sucks. If Samsung wanna compete with Macbook, then they are far away.

While Lenovo have new Arm laptop, Samsung have Intel iGPU they don't even have ryzen 6000 with RDNA2 iGPU with better thermal and battery life. Haizza

1080 resolution? This Laptop is dead before it has even arrived. Samsung what a joke. I was looking to purchase this to go alongside my Fold. Will now have to look at the Surface Laptop 5 or the M2 Macbook Air.
