Amazing Products TV

Amazing Products TV I've waited so long for this…

Comments

  1. Background needs more red.

  2. Eeeee ya…making and monetizing your own VPN service?
How fast do you want paying users, their lawyers, Feds, police, and state intelligence apparatus in your face because of 1 hacker?

  3. ID in the US is ridiculously easy.
Requiring ID as "voter suppression" is ridiculous. Any legal voter already has ID. That is the point.

  4. Funny thing, being an electrical engineer in the Netherlands, I buy all my European harmonized standards (for making sure our products are compliant with safety regulations etc) from the Estonian website, because they are in English and cost about 20% of what they do locally.

  5. 3:59:42 – Regarding Luke’s rant here, as a web developer of >16yrs building web apps full time, I feel your pain 100%.

  6. The legal team must love Luke in these shows.

  7. I want to be on the ground floor of construction tech tips.

  8. Wow. Can’t believe Linus tried to talk Luke down when Luke tried to bring up his team’s work on the scrapped VPN. (This is a joke. Great show as always, guys!)

  9. I first became aware of Coffeezilla a few weeks ago when he did his first video exposing Cryptozoo and Logan Paul. I could only guess that between me watch some other content providers that talk about scams and that he must have been trending.

  10. Don’t apologize for the NiceHash video. Helped me start my own business. Still going strong in the bear market #BTC

  11. You know what laptop has a very reliable sleep, my main computer, my windows xp ThinkPad t43 from 2005!

  12. Linus, you should do a custom PC donation for non greedy youtubers like Adam Bobrow for instance(just at the tip of my mind). I bet you also know some just heavily passionate ones that really like people in general. It is soulbreaking to see people to do clips like this when you know they just want to deliver good info and having a good time doing it. Can`t blame an ant for hauling slavery sugar. In all movies the people get pushed to see the lifetime hero as a villain. Luckily we are not all sheep. Concider using GPT-3 for investigating possible scams.

  13. Only time I ever go to Quebec is for a Concert. That place is something…

  14. If Microsoft opened the code up to open source contributors they could help diagnose the problem and fix the problems

Getting an ID in South Africa is just as annoying if not more. You need to get one at 16 years old. I only managed to get mine at 23. 23!!! Between school, early closing gov office hours, and the shear slothfulness of the people working there. FFS man.

  15. Wondershare when people keep asking why they have to pay for their update: "upgrades, people, upgrades"

  16. I am going to name my 1st child Linus and you can't stop me muahahahaha

  17. That terrible back pack is what he has on you

  18. On the Signature & CreditCard thing:
I work for a company in Switzerland that among other stuff does banking software. So I get to meet a lot of the IT guys of all big swiss banks. No one of us signs their creditcard unless we get someone like you did that wants a signature no matter what. If possible, we erase it after it. Ultimately having a signed credit card hands a thief the means of verification. All he needs is to learn to do it. If it is unsigned, a thief will still use it like we all do, but we can claim refunds WAY easier because the thief had not our signature.

That timeline comment at the end pretty much applies to all technical fields. Double the time estimate from an expert. X10 the time estimate by novices. So a novice tells you it'll be done in a day, give it a week and a half. I'd like to call it unknown unknowns.

  19. Welcome to 辱華 fam (wink wink

  20. Funny that Linus brought up voter ID
It’s crazy. Voter ballots are mailed to everyone and the only verification is a signature. As a test I signed my own ballot with a wildly different signature and it was accepted 🤯🤯🤯
