  1. I am debating between the LG QNED85 and Samsung QN90B. Any suggestions/wisdom?

  2. I just got mine and am I’m having trouble adjusting the bright. Whites are too whites, darks are too darks

  3. Just get the s95b instead of this

  4. No!!! Don't buy a QN90B until you go to Best Buy and look at the ceiling lights reflecting off the TV screen. Rainbow, rainbow, rainbow. The rainbow effect is extremely distracting. (People are complaining about this after they get it home). It appears when any light source reflects off the QN90B screen. The QN85B has no rainbow effect.

  5. “Top them off” …. Pause

  6. Spread the word, SAMSUNG broke Bluetooth on almost all their TVs recently with their last firmware update (QN90A 2001 was perfect, 2111 broken). Causes the Sony XM5, and possibly other Sony products to buzz them crash or disconnect.

  7. Honestly hate companies who post videos but don’t respond back to the viewers

this is not really an LED TV, this is an LCD TV.

  8. So the QLED have better picture quality the OLED? I don't play a lot of games but. I watch movies alot. I don't watch TV from an angle. I look straight at it..

  9. Mine tilts a bit on the left side. Not 100% level. Anyone else have that? Stand is in properly. Any suggestion?

  10. Whats the best for xbox series x, the lg c2 or this one? 43 inch

  11. Whats the size of the tv tested?

  12. Just got one 65 inch let’s see how it works

  13. David, I love your reviews, but you are so sold on OLED TVs. Should I send you pictures of my screen burn-in from just the volume buttons of my LG OLED? It's only 3 years old. Dude. Stop hyping OLED. It's like promoting crystal meth – great high but short life.

  14. Enough about gaming, David! It's a television. There are things called movies.

  15. Rainbow effect?

  16. Has this TV still got the 10 year screen burn guarantee, I game for a living so many many hours are going to be spent using it.

  17. I adore David and his reviews and I know he favors OLED. However, I think that I'm done with OLED. OLED burn-in is not rare. It's a real thing. I've had two LGs and the volume up/down symbols, along with the mute indicator, got burned in. I won't even comment on the CNN or FOX channels which I rarely watch, but they have burned in as well. Come on. That's just silly and I really have to blame LG for that. Why would you create onscreen indicators so caustic and harsh that they ruin your screen? Why would you make such a wimpy screen? Did no one test these before mass production? So, I'm done with OLED until they pull themselves together. I'll go for QLED going forward.

  18. I have been told that anti-glare covering kinda sucks for this tv. I actually thought of buying before i heard that but now i'm in dilemma.

  19. I just got it new at 999€ 55"

  20. Thank you for strait information. I have a pair of other issues too: How is this TV to use as a monitor screen? And what about eye strain?

  21. Except the UI is mega unfriendly! It is not intuitive, and stuffed with content I don't want see. These can't be disabled or even hidden. Even de builtin e-manual seems to document settings from 2020/2021 models, i.e. the steps how to delete Apps again are wrong. On my Android smart-phone I can place the apps on the home-screen that I want or hide others.
Yes, I now it is Tizen but clearly Samsung made an effort of making the UI as inflexible as possible. I probably return the TV.
Also USB 2.0 and not 3.1 in a 2022 model? Come on!

  22. How manny dead pixels?

  23. Just got this from Beat Buy on sale for $1699

  24. 00:49. Dirty screen effect

  25. Have you noticed color banding issues with the QN90B in dark scenes?

  26. Your thumbnail is truly the BEST! Also very well explained video.

  27. qn700b (8k) or qn90b? I was very undecided. I know that the 700B is 60hz and the hi-fi quality lags behind the 90b. Other than that, is there any reason why I should prefer the 90b? The quantum matrix (mini-led) densities that worry me the most and that I can't learn about. An entry-level 8k or a mid-range 4k?

I would be glad if you can give suggestions.

  28. I know the HDMI ports are 2.1 but the spec allows for lower bandwidths. Can anyone confirm the bandwidth of the HDMI ports? I can't find any info on Samsungs website.

  29. How is it for watching sports?????????

Can you get something like QN90B 50-inch for gaming~~but cheaper? From Hi-Sense or TCL?

  30. Could someone talk about lack of Dolby vision and is it actually important ?

  31. My 50 inch is arriving today so excited to use it as my PC monitor 😍

  32. you have the option to tuck away the back wires but that one wire hanging is quite funny.

  33. Just ordered the 65". Comes next week, getting wall mounted.
    Can't wait…

  34. I agree within reason but unfortunately I have seen better tv,s instead of Samsung flat screens?

  35. Anyone had issues with the audio and video becoming out of sync from time to time? It’s not just one app either. Have had it happen on Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, even the Samsung tv channels

  36. I bought the tv yesterday, how can i show the gaming bar? I tried the play button, and with my ps5 it says it doesn’t support VRR 😉

Bought a 65" QN90A this week from Best Buy Canada $1355 USD/$1799 Cdn. Any differences are so minute between the 90A vs90B that it doesn't make sense paying up $300 for the 90B.

  37. One stupid question : may i have caused any problem when i removed the screen protector while tv was on???should it be closed?
