Some great tips, but easy on the food coloring i.e. toxic chemicals! Scientists proved decades ago that Red # 40 causes cancers, other colors probably do as well! One other tip that's really great is filling up a tub of cool water minus the food coloring and sitting in it! Your own private pool esp if you don't have AC or a cold shower! Keep cool wherever you live during these horrific heat waves due to GW/CC change which is REAL and we're already seeing and hearing about the devastation not only here in the states due to this, but also worldwide! Hence, the word "GLOBAL" as in "GLOBAL Pandemic"! Good luck!

Your body thinks it's cold and starts heating up.
Eat a hot soup. It'll give you salt and your body will cool down a little.
But yes, I also love the feeling of something cold in summer. 😂😆😅🤗
