Deals for Days. Big home savings are happening now.
We misspoke about the IR emitter. It's meant to blast a signal out to compatible devices like set-top boxes, soundbars, receivers, etc. This lets you voice control them all through Alexa so you can do a number of tasks hands-free like changing volume, power on/off, or set up full routines so a single voice command turns on the entire home theater system.
How is it possible to create so many different modes that work fine for their intended role but impossible for there to be ONE MODE THAT WORKS UNIVERSALLY?
i’ve never liked fire tvs the interface is clunky as hell
For imaging is not problem hardware is problem software.
I'm glad exists poor people in the most rich nations.
The new Omni Qled 65 inch 2022 edition I got is fire (pun intended) the Dolby Vision IQ is the best 4k streaming I've seen. Blacks are super black and TV colors and motion handling are great.
What hack huh 0:30
Ya know I was about to get one of these for prime day (Amazon Omni Series 55" ) for 112$ tho I missed the sale and was kicking myself for it but honestly glad I did…
I already have a 4 series 2021 TCL and it seems like the act same TV but with android amazon OS instead of roku…
Instead I was able to buy a TCL QLED 5 series 2021 for 199$ and while I spend a bit more that seems like an actual upgrade from my old TV…
Straight from assembly line to landfill
And if you want to get rid of those Amazon ads….you'll need to drop anywhere from 35-300$. It was 35$ to remove my fire tablet 7 ads. Ridiculous
Has amazon improved this tv yet? Looking for a new TV: 75" 4k.
Don’t buy garbage amazon tvs. Mine turns off after 5 minutes of inactivity and you can’t change that in the settings. Absolutely terrible. If I want my tv to be paused all day and night long I should have that choice.
I have TCL series 4 and this is pretty much a TCL series 4… probably the slight newer 2022 edition with a rebrand…. for the Omni and 2021/20 for the FIre TV…
And I can say it's not really a great TV but I got it dirt cheap ( retails 200$ but I got for free)…
Pretty much agree with Linus it's better than most 4-5 year old TV's but in todays market it's just passable…
It's only redeeming qualities are great black levels decent viewing angles and it's a large 4k smart TV on the cheap…
BUT amazon jacked up the price so…….
I bought a firetv a few months ago because it was the cheapest option available. I returned it in 2 days because the navigation was so so awful
Well I know not to get a amazon tv. I don't even like the tcl tv I got, it make a clicking sound out of the tv speakers
I think you should check TVs in India. It is total disaster.
2 sponsored ads?
I think the physical mic turn off button, it the only good feature I see in this.
I love the fire tv omni, I have a omni and a non omni tv and it has fantastic gaming and color performance and it was $200 when i got mine so it was a bargain and I enjoy it.
It's nice to have voice control for when you lose the remote. It's also great for accessibility. If you have difficulty handling a remote or if you drop your remote and can't physically get it.
I was om the fence for this since Amazon offered 24month financing 0% interest 0 fee for $23 a month to get a 75in 4k60 tv
This thing is ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS??? HUH? My gf just bought one of the Omni brand TVs for 100 dollars (55inch) Its kind of hard to pass up 100 dollars, plus we don't really watch all that much TV so it made no sense to go for a nice Sony or Samsung or LG for so much more money. This will be perfect for our maybe once a month movie 😂
Just picked up the 55'' on sale for $109 😁😁😁😁 so worth it
This comes across as elitist because the rich guy (linus) is looking down at a product that primarily lower income people can afford.
So maybe they've done this, but I would love an LTT tv buying guide.
the thumbnail of this video is a masterpiece…
I can't fucking use the TV without a fucking remote
They have lg c1 in the 55 inch size now for 1099.
I got a 50 inch. 4 series for 99 dollars on prime day. I mean you just can’t say no to that. That’s the best deal on prime day
Here in Germany I got the QN90A 55“ on Amazon for 550€ cause they made a mistake and u can get the LG C1 55“ for 1000€/65“ 1300€
The 65” is on sale right now now $629 CAD
It’s $750 now for the 75”…. With prime day tommorow It might go lower. I really want an 85” but can’t justify double the price
I bought one for $300 on sale. Shit is better than my $1100 LG. Just get speakers and a good mount
They have the 55 in for $299 on their one day deal bs and I’m actually considering buying it.
Is it worth getting if its on sale? the 65" is on sale for $650 cad. Is it worth it?
A lot of people say "You can get a better TV for $100 or $200 more". But they don't realize that a big appeal for these TVs is that Amazon lets you do payment plans. It would take me forever to save up $1,000 but I can get this $800 Amazon TV right NOW for $50 a month.
Tbh, most people dont do a ton of research when buying a tv. On top of it, they dont even tinker with it the first few months to get the picture looking right. Just plug in and go. I've been to people's houses and their settings were set to whatever it had out of the box. Like wtf? I had to show them better picture/sound settings so they could see what they're missing out on. Some just didnt care. Its kinda crazy. I'm spending money on something that I have to look at, I'd at least want it to look as good as it can.
I just got that TCL QLED as a 55" a few days ago. Nice to see you mention it in a positive light lol. Though, I got the Google/Android version rather than the Roku version. I'm assuming the main difference is just some of the OS/interface, but that the screen quality is the same.
Many folks on Amazon think
My mom loves the Amazon ecosystem and got her the fire stick with two echos and coming from a 720 P RCA and DVD/VCR combo with YES the white yellow red cable's She'll be singing Alexa's praise into her Golden years
