Well I want to know how I can call one of those echo devices from my iPhone? Is there an app that I use to call let’s say a relative that has one of those echo devices?

A 2 MP Camera isn't that bad for video calling. Most modern laptops don't offer higher resolutions on their cameras.

No audio out jack on the Show 8 2nd Gen makes this model a non-starter for many applications.
