How to keep the aim from the floor to the toilet (in most cases): Using water-resistant paint, try painting a target. It gives most offenders something to aim for. This may or may not help.
Also, as someone who goes to LA often, I see Employee parking as certainly some of the least thought-out. I could see how this becomes a problem, but also how it shouldn't be. Expect at least 60% of your workforce to all need some kind of area to park in, and depending on your hires it could shift drastically one way or the other. Either way, at least 60% would have been doable, but having half that percentage is more than iffy. I would love to see a video on the parking situation, if one hasn't been uploaded yet.
