  1. What i need to know is MOTHERBOARDS… upgrading from an i7 4790k, 16gb ram ddr3 to an i9 13900k & 32gb ddr5 (probably 6400mhz cl34-36 or 7000+ cl36) but both the ram speed & overall motherboard performance is soooo hard to determine / compatibility now… i've seen benchmarks of motherboards explicitly making same spec systems get 10% more performance

  2. I like my RTX 3060! Sure it can't play everything at max settings(probably most titles) but I built my PC as a workstation, not a gaming machine 🙂

  3. R5 5600X + 6700 XT 😀

  4. Whoever is causing the price spike for the 3070’s suck a fat one

    Just got a 4090 ❤

  5. Need some opinions on my first build. And if there’s anything that would be important to change before I buy.
    Ryzen 7 5800X
    RTX 3070 ti
    ASUS B550-F
    Trident Z 32gb 3600 CL18
    MSI MPG 750w gold
    2TB 970 evo
    NZXT H510 case
    NZXT T120 cooler

  6. Awesome video

  7. I want to buy a new gpu and although money doesn't matter I sure as heck won't buy Nvidia. That company pushed it too far with their greed and I not gonna support those levels of capitalism.
RX 7800 xtx came to my mind but I still feel like it doesn't give me that much of more power so I guess I stick to my current system.

  8. For 1440p gaming, You can’t beat the value with 6700XT, ESP with that 12GB Ram. This thing will age like fine wine. Best value and good future proof for a while!

  9. The cheapest 4070 Ti I can find in my place is Asus TUF 4070 Ti which costs around $962. It is quite a good deal imo.

  10. grabbed ftw3 ultra 3080 for 460$ in Ukraine, absolutely happy with it's performance!

  11. I’ll stick with my strix 3070. Works just fine for 1440p. I’ve no intentions of going to 4k anyway.

  12. Thanks for this well done video.

  13. Can u pls make a dual rtx 3090 build

  14. I'm buying the 3060ti

  15. I have a regular 6600 Hellhound running on a ryzen 5. Would it be a good idea to upgrade to either the 6600 xt or the 6700 xt?

  16. What's the best CPU to pair with an RX 6700xt?

  17. I have an Asus Dual RTX 3060 ti and I think this will last me for anything ill ever need for years to come! Great video. Still good to see the 3060 ti is still doing great!

  18. I just got the asus Rog strix 4090oc with one 7950x3d and a asus crosshair x670e extreme to pair it with. Totally worth it👌👌

  19. Will the RTX 3080 10GB good enough for 1440p gaming for the next 3-4 years?
Is 10GB vram enough? Or should I get the 3090 with 24gigs of Vram for long term usage?

  20. As a cheapskate, I’m not surprised my rx 6600 is one of the best FPS per dollar. I’ll rock it until it starts dipping below 60 at 1080p. My $900 PC, Laptop, mouse and monitor setup is rocking for me right now though

  21. Rtx 4090 is the only new gen gpu worth buying

  22. Built my first pc end of last year with a 13600k and a rx 6900xt, playing on an ultawide 1440p, 144hz monitor, performance is amazing. I wasn't actually aware the 6900xt was considered high end, or that it was comfortable running 4k, but I'm happy with my ultrawide. Easier on the gpu, and more screen space make for immersive gaming

  23. Bought a Sapphire Nitro+ Special Edition 6800 XT for $540 USD which is awesome. I'm not in the USA but the 7900 XT which was my next option, was over $400 more… for not a whole lot better performance. This card owns at 1440p.

  24. what do i need to run Gta 6 at 1440p?

  25. Was just looking for a video like this! And the man delivers

  26. im running a 3070 ti and a Ryzen 7 7000 and its been awesome

  27. Me personally I play only 3 games because most games are garbage money nagging games but I will get a significant boost in performance with a 5090 and the price tag for me will be worth it.

  28. Where’s the build video for that white pc to his left? That thing is beautiful

Nvm found it. Crazy cause I’m gonna build something similar here in the next couple weeks

  29. I got a 7900 XT at launch. Its been a little rough but overall its been good so far and keeps getting better. Runs a little hotter than i would like, so i revamped my case airflow. Stock driver settings at launch were awful, so i had to do manual tuning but its pretty simple in AMD Software. I have recently gone back to stock with the latest drivers and it seems good. I wish i waited though becasue I would have gotten an AIB card with a beefy heatsink like the Asus TUF if i had known i would get slight temp issues.

Its a rasterization beast, and I know the XTX is better value, but at launch it was harder to get. Also, alot of influencers will tell you to go for the XTX because "might as well spend the extra 100" as if 100 bucks is not a lot of money. (This is why cost per frame isnt the perfect metric that one might think) Also if you wanted to avoid the defective reference XTX at the time then you would have to spend another 150 on top for an AIB. Little rant but just wanted to mention.

Actually, in the UK you can get my card for 800GPB now so that is something. Also for that price I would go for the 7900 XT instead, if you were thinking of getting a 4070 Ti to game at 4k/DLSS/FSR. You lose out on RT performance, but crush it in Raster. Also, the 4070 Ti runs into its VRAM limit at 4k with frame generation and causes stutter because DLSS3 uses Vram quite a bit and so do 4k textures. For 1440p tho maybe the 4070 Ti would be better if you want to actually play your games with RT maxed and not just mess about for a bit.

I'm happy with my RTX 3080 Evangelion but I watch these purely for the entertainment factor 😅
