  1. Still have the 1000dpi, 2000 & collectors edition 2007 with boxes ❤
At that time the boomslangs brought big advantage in gaming. But compared to nowadays…😅🤣🤮

  2. Hehe boomslang haha that means tree snake haha still makes me chuckle

  3. Its impossible to grip the boomslang because of the side buttons

  4. HA! for a second or two I thought Slim-Jim was sponsoring the video. I don't eat them anymore but I would sorely tempted this go around if you did sponsor them.

  5. Don comedia el tio

  6. ok I'm confused what level of aim lab is Linus using? I downloaded aim lab and clicked around but I cant find the level that Linus was playing?? I even did a YouTube/ google image search trying to find this level and I come up with jack squat. Any help??

  7. I remember that tin can it came in XD it was pretty good at the time. I had a bottle of isopropyl alcohol and a tub of Q-tips at close hand for weekly cleaning.

  8. 250$ FOR A BACKPACK, the fuck Linus?

  9. That mouse cameout when I was born

  10. why is his sens so high lol

  11. You should test the "Razer Boomslang Collectors Edition 2007". It was godlike! And its available on Ebay 🙂

  12. The USB to PS2 adapter was so that you could have 200mhz and less input lag instead of USB rate at the time.

  13. damn i remember this mouse i thought i was so cool buying it back during team fortress classic times

a lot of nostalgia watching this one

  14. Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer crapped all over this mouse. The ergonomics of the boomslang were simply terrible. Owned a computer repair shop back in the late 90s and early 00s… Purchased 3 of these things to sell in the shop. It took nearly a year to sell those 3 mice. Bad experience all around.

  15. RIP Macho Man Randy Savage

  16. I actually use the 2010 Razer Nostromo as my daily driver gaming keypad, and compared to the current Razer Tartarus it works probably as good, No RGB, just a blue backlight that can be adjusted in Razer Synapse 2.0! Definitely has that edgy vibe, you can adjust all the buttons as you would any modern keyboard, and it is compatible with any modern Windows 10 PC and works on most steam games that i tested. with a 60 dollar discount im not complaining

  17. HA this is what we all gamed on playing Quake and Doom and the ball fared fine then…probably wouldn't use it now though

  18. this mouse balls are so good

  19. Ngl, pro-wrestler Linus is pretty great

  20. the green of the mouse reminds me that the original xbox, every "black" plastic was actually a very dark shade of barely translucent green.

  21. I bought this mouse when it came out and it was garbage compared to optical mice of the time, I regretted it immediately.

  22. My first gaming mouse was a razer lachesis which looks kinda similar

  23. 8:39 change your resolution to to the same year of the mouse (800 x 600) and you will have a better aiming and much better score. i was a gamer at that time

  24. heh nice bit of PC gaming history

thing literally broke in a month when I got it

  25. They came out with a lazer edition, only boomers remember the ball boomslangs lmfao. Its funny people dont realize razer is older than you think. But the one you wanna get is the one with the optical sensor. It has the same body. Its the anniversary edition one. I used to wreck people in quake with it for years before it gave out, its a really weird unique mouse style. But when you get used to it it was a smooth mouse, id probably honestly buy more but there not easy to find and there not cheap for what they are, you can get a higher quality mouse with a much better newer optical sensor and buttons for like way cheaper. Like the steelseries sensei 310 is probably one of the most legit snappiest mouse ive tried in a while, the sensor is very responsive and its ergonomically good. If ur a fps player its a super solid mouse that some of the best ever started with.
