Nintendo just created a newer, more dangerous enterprise. Nintendo stopped the less dangerous criminal and created a space for organized crime. It's like cutting the head from a hydra, but every new head is more dangerous. If prohibition, the drug wars, and countless crimes taught us anything, it's that you don't stop the crime you just make it less regulated and more dangerous.
Man, as soon as they got to the entrance of the building, it was obvious it was a game. Everything after that was pure video game normal. The flashlight would also be illuminating the room around it, not just making a bright spot on the wall. It looks amazing for what it was though.

I'm a YouTube member, and as I watch it on my TV via nVidia Shield the desire for me to shift to Floatplane for viewing is less ideal a beneficial experience. Also all my other content is on YT, so splitting my media to two streaming sites isn't effecient.

Linus's demeanor during the Space X story shows his Musk hate. He hates him for the wrong reasons. Tesla's anti-repair is pure trash, deserving of intense criticism, but crying over "mean Twitter" is dumb.
Thanks for this weekly show which is most of the time very interesting, but I have to admit not all topics are. However, adding markers in the progress bar for each major topic would be a huge improvement as they would allow us to jump right to the topic(s) that we're interested in.

Nintendo didn't lose any money. Its money they didn't make. To say Nintendo lost money to team executor assumes that every sale that executor made would have been made via Nintendo.
there is a genuine benefit to not shoot a downed oponent IRL… It forces their team to take care of their wounded and slow their retreat.
Until similar game mechanics are not implemented in games, you'll see players finishing off downed oponents pretty much systematically.
With the advent of AI it's going to be a lot easier for people to get away with all sorts of online activities….you could essentially have an automated semi AGI covering your tracks and/or double checking your footprint online or at the bare MINIMUM obfuscating the truth so it's highly improbable a unanimous jury decision could be reached unless reasonable doubt or the assumption of innocence is just a thing of the past.
There is a way out, get out of the fucking US. A lot of European countries will not enforce this sentence.
I see Linus is not a flashlight nerd as some of us are. There are absolutely flashlights that have defined outlines like that, even more so actually. But I agree that in general flashlights in videogames are frustratingly unrealistic.
