Chip availability has gotten a little bit better since the pandemic. It is either that or I got lucky yesterday when I walked into the store and they had 3 of the 5950s in the case. They are on sale there for $200 off. I am not some greedy scalper so I just bought one of them and ordered a motherboard and some RAM to go with it later at night the same day. I ordered the RAM from Crucial since it is a known good brand and they still have a lot left in stock. Also their prices are fair too but I guess getting it from them there is no pesky middle man or scalper in the way trying to force us to pay a fortune.

Anyone else looking at the monitors run the benchmarks and think "man the intel one looks better"? Because there are 2 or 3 clips I see them running at the same time and I see a clear difference in quality. Maybe it's just contrast/saturation or something with the monitor but dang I think Intel looks better.

Water cooling only makes sense for looks, pretty sure air cooling is just as effective in almost all instances other then using a small poorly ventilated tower
