3:22 Uh technically it can be done assuming YT still allows custom link overlay sizes, so what you do is create a new video for one GPU and create the link overlay that links to that video and the other side is left empty mimicking a link where when one click on that side it keeps playing the video.

I'm still running a 2009 Mac Pro as a server/storage. I've upgraded the Wi-Fi module, CPU, GPU, RAM. And I can fit at least 6 drives for storage, and whatever PCI slots are left for M.2 drives.

Not sure why you would do this rather than going down to it.warehouse in Marpole, picking up a cheap (sub $200 CAD) e-waste Xeon Workstation and going the Hackintosh route.
man of couse gpu will not work, did you forgot that pci-e in motherboard have 75w from powersupplay? so by this way you are mixing 2 powersupplays in one gpu
do you want your gpu work with 2 sources of power? it will work but when you run any game it will crash
it will not work because i tried this before, then i make it work by disconnect power from motherboard and connect outside powerspplay to pci-e directly. it was cheapest way to run gpu without buy powersupply in syria

Same black steam issue occurs on my win11 pc. My solution is put steam on 2nd monitor for a second and its become normal again
I used an GTX1070 with 10.13 hackintosh back in the days. Then when that conflict happened and I had a need to upgrade OS I used a spare HD7970 card. Got much better system because of no broken Nvidia drivers despite having a weaker GPU.
And since it is unable to boot Windows, maybe it is possible to install Linux with modern GPU? That is much more compatible with games today than macOS.

18:10 Have you not heard of OCLP? Open Core Legacy Patcher supports xserve2,1 and 3,1 so you could even install ventura!
Looks like you forgot about patchers for Macs. You can run Ventura on that xserve with a supported GPU but Mojave would be the best one for gaming
