I am not defending Activision/Blizzard, and I'm not saying that the allegations against them are false or exaggerated. I don't know much about these allegations to be honest. However, as someone who is a California resident, and has lived in California almost my entire life, I can say confidently that California is one of the worst run and most corrupt states in the entire country. I only bring this up to point out that the fact that the state of CA is bringing the suit does not give it any more validity than if it was an individual or class action suit, and actually provides some reason to be more skeptical than of the average lawsuit. Is Activision/Blizzard guilty of most of these allegations? There's a good chance they are. Do I trust the state of CA over Activision/Blizzard? Nope, and I don't trust Activision/Blizzard at all.

Careful around EVE. I am STILL waiting for my Dec 2017 Eve tablet, no refund, and they locked me out of my account. TheY do respond to emails, but they tell you straight up "we will hold on to your money and you are automatically on the order list for the next Eve-v tablet 2" like in "better luck next time"

1 ton equals 12k BTUs. You don't need a 3 ton increase in sizing to account for this Wall. 1 ton extra is enough. Most applications would just account for a mini split unit wall mount or ceiling mount installed by it to account for the Wall itself.
