Comments

  1. Google need this. Standbye

  2. Talking sh$t as she sports an Apple Watch… ⌚️ 🤔

  3. Hey Edward VII … are you enthused to go meet with daddy Albert? Or is your stomach in knots? Trembling and nauseous? Twitching involuntarily?

  4. 1. iOS is boring
    2. Staring at a screen for too long on any device ruins your eyes
    3. I don't care if it's iOS or Android as long as I get my messages and the device fits in my pocket.
    4. I would never strap a screen to my face. It looks bad, ruins my eyes and does not improve my life in any way.

  5. The gorgeous Bridget Carey is such a fantastic CNet presenter, her humour is fabulous, I’m living on the edge just having downloaded the first public beta of iPad OS 17

  6. The fact that some of you think that using your phone or tablet close to your eyes is the same as viewing content through a head-mounted display says a lot about how little research is done in this tech community.

  7. I have a iPhone 14 pro max and an iPad Pro 12” and I have the always on display feature turned off. I don’t need my phone screen or my iPad screen to always be on.

  8. Screen distance! I hope that will have a setting that I can turn off. I don’t need a “nanny” nag on my iPhone.

  9. First of all screens aren’t what’s making it bad to sit close, its the light. A headset doesn’t have to blast as much light since it’s closer to your eyes. This video concept feels lazy

  10. Genius analytics by Ms. Bridget.. cool!

  11. It's not only Apple. I get a weekly report from Samsung that I have used my phone for such hours and I used it an hour more or less than last week. I don't know about the rest of Android, but Samsung does this too. Don't blame Apple, because both ecosystems are doing the same thing. They want us to use our phones and be aware of how long we're using the devices. Mixed signals with advertising to buy more of their devices 🤔🫤🤷‍♂️

  12. Is it me or is Bridget looking amazingly Hot 🔥 what a wonderful distraction from tech news 🥰

  13. Thanks for helping me and my mental journal entries Bridget of more reasons why I want to replace my Apple iPhone with a Samsung or other Android smart phone (hopefully a flip phone). I already enjoy putting my phone away or screen facing down to avoid distractions while interacting with other humans and in my garden. I usually don’t even want to wear my Apple Watch since it also distracts and seems to have been the always on screen test pilot for Apple. Am I the only one who feels like technology is becoming more overwhelming and we are becoming too connected to be able to disconnect? Your videos are great and keep them coming please.👍

  14. "Jobs, Part Deux: The Story of the Impeachment Emails".

  15. Has he even showed his hand, Mr. Hand?

  16. I’ve been using iOS 17 since the first beta. Now granted, I work in tech as a systems engineer, but it’s been fairly stable. Small bugs but no show stoppers. The new interactive widgets are great and messages is much improved. Overall, great job, Apple.

  17. Hollywood: Much too many platforms?

  18. Hollywood: You can't democratize art. "Somebody" has to be the audience.

  19. 1. Focus modes are like profiles for different usage of the devices like work and study not so you don’t use the device like a Zen mode
    2. The focus distance is different from the distance from the screen. When wearing VR you aren’t focusing on the device but beyond it so it’s like trickery and it’s not bad. They still added a minimum age limit so kids who are more likely to get Myopia don’t use it

  20. Good info and made A with the hairdo…

  21. 💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛

Girl I been on dev beta 😜 let’s get crazy

  22. One more thing after 1:26 minutes 😅

  23. No one more think today 😢 great video

  24. How's that apologetic 'Impeachment ISP'? Nice big bounty in vain?

  25. Pete … that isn't the right HDD. Likewise the self-destructive one with the nothing on it in the basement.

  26. Did he ever review ANY of it in real time? Or just put it into his ever-growing archives?

  27. "This person isn't following Al Gore/Bill Gates logic. He must be attempting to deceive us"?

  28. Mixed messages? That's how you defeat the allegedly invincible AI.

  29. I downloaded the beta on every device including my main one, because that new autocorrect has me sold.

  30. Whenever I see Bridget Widget, I click.

  31. How's Greenland, Apple? He is a very handsome and photogenic person.

  32. Apple is the best ❤

I like living on the edge and using the public beta iOS17, so far so good just minor issues if Apple released other web browsers attachment to the garden wall then I would be happy, right now it's glass half full.
The phone and watch and the Vision Pro becomes iPhone after iPhone 16 I doubt we will see anything interesting and significant until the iOS20 version becomes the last one somewhere around WWDC June 2028.

  33. I Love everything about Apple, and i'm using all new beta software on my main and only devices, iphone, ipad, mac

  34. I don't even use apple devices. I'm a simple man; I see Bridget's face, and I click.

  35. $40 for plastic stand?!

How I don’t want to give Apple any more money!

  36. New title for Bridget? "Principal Video Producer"

  37. Using the public beta for one of my 2 Apple TV’s

  38. Personally the journal app is what I’m really excited about. I’ve always wanted to, I’ve tried different apps with more or less success, but the thought of having a journal app, in the Apple ecosystem, has great potential ! You can put pictures, text, geotag.
And ! you don’t have to pay a yearly subscription to other apps because nowadays you can’t just have one payment for an app, you have to pay for it for life.

  39. The features to use your phone less are all for show. They want you to feel good about the company but never use their phone less features

  40. Disney: Not working? Their 'work' only consists in creating evidence.

  41. Thought I was going to make a genuine effort at the time, did they? One vs. the rest of the country?
