Amazing Products TV I Have MORE to Say About Steam Deck – WAN Show August 6, 2021

Comments

  1. I love my M1 Mac Mini…except for the lack of ports! More USB-C/Thunderbolt 4 ports! More USB A ports! Buying a hub is such a damn hassle!

  2. I bought an M1 Mac-mini to replace my 2021 iMac and boy am I happy with its performance so I don't regret it and frankly I now have my Desktop for the next 7-8 years!

  3. I’m waiting for the M2, please post videos with any updates as you learn, thank you.

  4. For the new iMac mini with the M1X. I hope they put the Ethernet port in the power brick like they did with the iMac 24. This would free up some limited real estate on the back for additional I/O.

  5. Apple keeps dumb-sizing the Mac Mini….

  6. M1 mini. really like it a lot

  7. Loving my M1 MacBook air. My late 2009 mac mini is due to be relaced now that I just swapped the hard drive for an ssd when it started clicking. Bring the colors back for all the macs. Loved my tangerine ibook back in the day.

  8. I just want Apple to finally admit the problems with M1 Mac Minis. Namely faulty second monitor support, and spotty wifi / bluetooth connection issues.

  9. This video sucks

  10. M1x Mac mini!!!!

  11. To me, the main concern with the M1 chip is its lack to handle dual monitors. I bought a MacBook Pro, just to realize I couldn’t connect it to my dual monitors as the Intel version used to do. Hopefully this problem gets solved soon.

  12. Loving all your wrestling shirts Iyaz. Bah God, someone ring the damn bell!

  13. you think? 'cause that's what other tech reviewers been saying for more than a month now smh

  14. it needs to have a nvme slot for swap / scratch disk and dc in

  15. Awesome concise and detailed rumour feed.

Now that's exactly what I like!

  16. 16 gig ram ???????

  17. Yeah, I have an M1 Mac Mini and really like it. The main issue for me is a lack of support for more than 2 monitors. Yeah, I know about DisplayLink – but that has is own issues.

  18. Love my new M1 macMini! Run 2 external Hagibis docks and works great! 👍🏻

  19. Hi Iyaz! I watched this video on my M1 Mac Mini. It's a lovely machine, far outperforming my late 2012 iMac core i7, and much quieter/cooler. I really would like to see a new mac mini with more cores, more ram, and support for more than 1 usb-c attached monitor. but meanwhile, this M1 mini is working great for what I need it for.

  20. I always giggle at this..
Apple Mini with system on chip..
Um Commodore did it with Amega 500.. system on chip.. stereo sound.. and advanced graphics..

  21. As someone who hadn't use apple until the m1 mini, I love it. So much so we now have 4 M1 devices and I'm looking forward the the pro mini. I want something with a bit more overhead for video editing, although the m1 mini is capable enough already.

  22. Could be the perfect fit device to fully appreciate their original computing processor. The look doesn't sound like a surprise but practical enough to place nearby. Adjustments for working environment made me interested in this for the first time ever.

  23. No drive 👎🏾

  24. Make at least 1-2 USB3 or USB4 ports on the side or front.

  25. And cost the same as the big ones. Whats the point

  26. THE M1 MacBook Air is amazing!! Its hard not to repeat the things said by other Tech Reviewers, but 1) Using a laptop for 3 to 4 days without plugging in? 2) Multi-tasking including with many Chrome tabs open?? 3) Switching between programs, Apps, Tabs without ANY, YES ANY DELAY, NO SPINNING WHEELS??!! 4) The laptop wakes from sleeping INSTANTLY!!, with your Apps, Browser Tabs etc, at EXACTLY the place you were before!!! HONESTLY if you've been using a windows machine and are even a little curious, give the MacBook M1 a test drive, you won't be disappointed!!

  27. M1 Mac mini is snappy and has tons of cool, new features as part of Big Sur. I had no problem editing 4K video and high resolution photos on it, even with several programs and browser windows open at the same time. Get the 16gb of ram and the 512gb of storage, or just wait for the m1x. I had no choice and had to buy an M1 now.

  28. …..maybe…he is inspired by the great ex wwe commentator …….

  29. Waiting for this Apple!

  30. A newer model might be coming????!!!!! Imagine my shock

  31. I have an M1 mini and I love it. I need more juice though so I’m buying the next apple silicon Mac and repurposing the M1 mini.

  32. Apple hasn't come up with anything new and exciting for years.

  33. The M1 mini is my first ever Mac. Last Apple desktop was an Apple IIGS when I was a kid. I love this thing. Had it since March, still never heard the fan. They swear it’s in there though. It’s more than enough computer for my needs, I’m really happy with it. Transitioning to a new OS wasn’t as hard as I thought. I can’t wait to see where these chips go in the future, particularly on the GPU side of things.

  34. Love my M1, don't love the fact I can't have more than 1 external monitor…

  35. I've had an M1 Mini for a couple of weeks now – it's fast, quiet, and amazingly cool: where the previous Mini used to get hot to the touch, this thing has yet to depart from room temperature. Processes photos and videos in seconds. It has just barely enough ports for the essential stuff, but I still needed a USB hub for peripherals that I plug in only occasionally. Only downsides are the lack of an SD card reader, and the fact that that it won't talk to my old 27" iMac, which I'd been using as a second monitor . . . I had to buy a second monitor to replace it. No net cost, once I unload the iMac on eBay, but it was an unexpected hassle.

  36. Just make it space gray like the intel, standard 16gigs, more thunderbolt ports and maybe JUST maybe, affordable(ish) haha

  37. I have a 2019 iMac 27, 2020 iPad Pro 12.9, and a 2019 Macbook Pro 16 . . .I'm patiently waiting to see what they do with the Macbook Pro 16 with an M1 before making a new purchase. I am also TRYING MY BEST to wait for the new M1 iMac Pro before getting a Mac Mini for my photography and such.

  38. I don't think there will be a huge performance difference between M1 and M1X 🙂 I'd rather wait for M2 instead of ditch my current M1 Mac mini.

May may may … may makes a fool out of you and out of me.

  39. Having all of the mac mini's since 2012, they have all been amazing (except the 2014). A better 'pro' version will be well received. I've always favored the mini to imac simply for the ability to run dual monitors (that are the same).

  40. Front Page Tech talked about this months ago.

  41. Jim Ross is a legend

  42. so glad Apple is breaking away from Intel competition is good for everyone
I upgraded my macs to the new M1 macs and happy

  43. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

  44. who else is watching this on an M1 Mac Mini??

  45. Apple should come out with a game 🎮 console

  46. Sayang

  47. I dont think so.. I think its a new 8k Apple TV coming

  48. Drives and ports BREAK. What if the Mac mini could have some sort of port module that connects via some sort of socket and this way when the port break all you have to do is change the port module. Also what if you could make these port modules with various types of ports.
This way Apple could support all types of ports and configurations. And this way the Mac mini could be future proof supporting NEW port technology.
