I have one on pre order and I have to say, even being a fanboy I am concerned. I don’t want to be disappointed spending £800 on a handheld I don’t need.
There’s tested alternatives we know work well and in some cases significantly cheaper. The top spec Ally which in these early tests is outperforming the CLAW is £250 cheaper!
Please address the performance related headlines / videos with promise it’s able to be dealt with, with updates and optimisation. That is needed on the CLAW instead of the how to style videos.
Loyal customers and fans would appreciate this. MSI must be haemorrhaging potential sales due to lack of communication on the most important hot topic!
Currently when I search there is more negativity towards it than excitement. I don’t want to cancel my pre order but I am left feeling edgy as things stand…

I can believe 50% longer than the Ally and LCD Deck. Deck OLED maybe not
