The motion detector light, I have that in my garage, but smaller and on batteries. To give me some light while I get into my car, it's super practical, and it doesn't use any battery power, it's been 1 year and I still haven't changed them !
On the other hand, the Hermann Miller chair is not accessible to most people. To put almost $1000 into this, you have to sit there at least 16 hours a day, every day and be rich!
