Don't be too sure this will fail out of the gate, like previous modular systems have. My girlfriend has shown me just how popular mini PCs have become on Tick-Tock for people that play less demanding games like The Sims 4. Having the ability to upgrade further down the line could be very compelling for these gamers that just want something small, quiet, and nice looking.
Plus the Framework laptop has made a big splash and this one could end up riding those ripples to see some success. I just hope the cost comes down quick enough to compete 👍
I'm surprised Linus didn't review the Win mini. Got my self one and after a bit of software tweaks, I'm daily using this little beast for work and play. Best thing I got

Instead of making a consumer upgradable, "modular" machine, they've made a portable computer which is a concept that's been made increasingly redundant over the last 10 years or so.
Cloud storage, SSO, and the low cost of modern hardware means that it's far more efficient for regular people to just buy multiple pieces of hardware.
Most productivity applications comfortably run in any web browser, and things like gaming or video editing rarely require portability.
It's an interesting product for a market that doesn't exist.
