Amazing Products TV They Turned off this GPU Factory For Me!

Comments

  1. The weekest points are: native ARM softwares and painless emulation

  2. Steam's top10/20 gaming benchmarks or its just false advertisement

  3. This is an excellent sponsored showcase. Because it’s good, exciting new tech you can be totally honest and transparent while advertising. Well done.

  4. When it comes to ARM, all hail Steve Furber and Sophie Wilson, who created ARM while working at Acorn Computers. Remember the BBC Micro? When they tested the first arm chip they could not work out why it was working as the ammeter read ZERO amps. It turned out it was not plugged in but was so efficient it was pulling juice through the ammeter probe itself!

  5. Good luck with driver support and eGPU support. A lot of games relying on anticheat also won't work on this platform. It should be best recommended to office/corporate that uses a generic ms office suite or web interface. Perhaps it will need more years for this platform to be widely accepted.

  6. Can't wait to run Linux on this chip

  7. Is Linus still part of framework?

  8. Snapdragon thinking DJing is audio production is kinda concerning…

  9. I hate promo Linus. That constantly excited squeaky little voice.

  10. MS enough with the spying and privacy issues… Less bloat = more smiles

  11. its "microsoft windows" beware and lower your expectations

  12. Where is your next geothermal server pool heater build video bro

Did it fail? It was actually very interesting

  13. FYI.
Apple M1 Team —quits—> Gulati, Bruno, Williams —founds—> Nuvia —is bought by—> Qualcomm —releases—> Snapdragon Elite

  14. Sure they did, it's another Windows RT, this seems to be just sponsored hype!

  15. "Sponsored" yeah, no thanks

  16. X86 is dead in laptops… The most important question, does it run well with Linux?

  17. If Snapdragon laptops support Linux with full hardware support & battery life, I'll definitely buy one

  18. next video "Intel just obsoleted Snapdragon" , sponsored by Intel

  19. Recall feature sounds insane. I bet team responsible for Windows security quit on the spot when it was proposed. And who asked for such feature, anyway ? It is so Microsoft…

  20. I would never buy an arm laptop they lock their bootloader like a phone making it impossible to run open source OSes like linux and even if you do manage to run you have no access to local storage ,wifi ,GPU.The big software companies are willing to give us some freedoms because they know that if they abuse there are choices out there but that will change when we'll be forced to use theirs ,example your ISP can wake you machine to show adds and promotions just like your mobile carrier can, they can slow down older machines on purpose to sell new ones this is true with tablets prevent installation of software or even web browsers they dissaprove block services like VPNs and even stop you from deleting your data gaining total control over your machine that you paid money for it.X86 is the way to go.

  21. If those power/battery life numbers hold up and the spftware support is decent, it looks like my next laptop mighr have one of these chips.

Battery life, portability and The ability to put out 2 4K video feeds are high on my list.

  22. i heard Linus uses Microsoft ClipChamp to edit these videos.

  23. CrApple Sucks, and so do their users.

  24. "color correct for a single person in a group" .. oh boy

  25. How about multi monitor support? M1 only supports 1 natively. What about MST support? I need at least 2 external monitors…

  26. Did they not let you game at all…?

  27. Over here (Poland, EU) shipping starts on 19th of July and the cheapest Qualcomm Elite 32GB price starts with ~1600USD in Lenovo Yoga laptop, Dell skyrockets the price to 3000 USDs, no 64GB being offered. So yeah, thank you Qualcomm and all the vendors, really, like really appreciated for both availability and the pricing [yup, sarcasm].

  28. Oh my… Qualcomm's website barely works. I really wanted to read about the new CPUs, ended up switching browsers to figure out that no – it's all white screens after you load the landing page once.

  29. 6:40 Not impressed … the cat was not even showing in the same direction!
