I donโt understand why they just didnโt make it so you can put three 120 mm fans in the bottom at the sky 3
I have the King 95, it's wonderful, but also, too big lol.
Montech just keeps stacking W's at the trade shows. Great designs that aren't overpriced. When I upgrade I may actually sell my current case and get one of theirs. Figure if I can get like $30 for my H510 then I can just put that towards possibly the King 65 or Air 200.
XL looks like a great case with great $64 price. Please, black for me.
Iโll start by saying I donโt like buying cases at all, but if I do end up buying one itโs probably going to be a Montech as the value seems to be right there
this guy looks rough…
I love the thoughts on the cases. When you say they are cheap, you mean price not quality, correct?
Montech are cheap for a reason..
If you buy cheap, you get cheap..
I like the HS01 because of the clean RGB stripes on the front and side. ๐
I also have my eye on the King 65 pro because it is compact but especially because of the dark tinted glass. I've been looking in vain for something compact and dark toned for a long time.
I just hope that the top cover fits properly with the glass in the final version, because you can see an empty space in the video.
Wow Montech, I'm looking forward to these 2 cases the most.๐
I'm still using the Corsair c70 Vengeance case in military green.
It's had 4 builds in it. At least 11yrs and still going fine ๐
Montech XR will be competing with the DIYPC Qube01 and other variants but with better fans and less than 10 usd more for them.
UK prices are somewhat higher!
The current trend of making every case a freaking fish tank is starting to piss me off. I don't want glass in my case, I don't want RGB in my case, I want a plain jane solid steel case with excellent airflow and no bling.
Really like seeing all these great value cases and aios from Montech.
Any case that doesnt have hinges on the glass door isnt worth having!
Colour suggestion….a two tone purple case…with or without glass side!…then I won't have to custom spray my next pc build like I have the previous ones!
I would love if the xr came in red In black there's not enough red and black cases on the market
HS01 – If they want to make it straight forward the best, dual 180mm fans – o dont get why noone actually noticed that fractal Torrent is king in all charts for airflow, temps, and noise. This is design to go, no glass front and pretent "hi, i'm lian li brother!". So Dual 180 at the front, some fancy front panel (wooden lamels maybe?) second chamber (its necessary, so PSU wont stand on the path of airflow on the bottom or on the top + give a lot of cable space – something THAT TORRENT IS LACKING), 140mm fan support at the back (NECESSARY – case cannot be too slim – new GPU's with "fancy" power connector, wchich you cant bend, have to fit in there! It also gives hot air from heatsing some space to move up and not re-circulate). Dont make something "small enough", make something "big enough", not the biggest. Not full tower, just big mid tower. Dont forget about metal side panel (behind motherboard tray) – dont use glass there.
im not sure if you can help but i built a new gamer computer with the 7900xtx and lian li and g.skill trident z5 neo rgb series 32 and amd ryzen 7 7800x3d. my 7900 first of all is always needing to be updating like every week my screen will go off and that how i find out i need to update. one of my rams went bad the second one cause when i go to put it bck in the 2 red flashing lights on the board start going and i cant get screen to come up on tv. also when i go to update the 7900 it fails first time and then the second time it work and install successfully. but nxt day i have to update again. or a few days later. im not sure if its really installing it or what. i go to device manager and it no longer says it need to be updating. but i dont know maybe you can help me figure out whats wrong. its starting to aggravate me.
Montech couldn't deliver this year, they missed the opportunity. Yes, we wanted a bigger version of the king 95… but we wanted an all 140mm fan case, mixing different fan sizes is stupid as the smaller the fans have more unpleasant sound profile, and different sizes mean different pitches of noises… additionally, at that size and price they should have included dual USB 3.0 on the front… so MEGA NO for the big king 95… stupid people doing dumb things… halfway done bad and bad executed, same applies for the bottom 80mm fans in the sky 3… DISAPPOINTING
I wish they'd create a mouse to go along with their keyboards. Especially for those that want more of their stuff to match.
This dude is always attracted to Big @$$ PC cases, cases bigger than his head ๐คฃ๐คฃ a PC tech youtuber is suppose to look into every PC cases including SFF etc, that show's he can't build a PC in a SFF, he ain't skilled enough for SFF builds ๐คฃ๐คฃ
The wood grain on the Sky two performance would look amazing on a black case
King 95 Mega Pro is tempting. You're scaring my 4090 with talk of it's potential replacement.
to answer the title, probably somewhere between making their products a loss leader to establish brand presence and the fact that the competitors' were ripping us off gladly to begin with
I'm super impressed with Montech. I've commented this before, but I love my Air 100 ARGB from them. 4 included ARGB case fans (non-Molex), ARGB hub, hinged glass side panel, easy to work in, and good cable management. For $60, I don't think there is a better case. All of their newer offerings look great as well, and the new cases from Computex are making me want to upgrade my case despite not needing a new one at all lol
I don't care for the strap on the leather pc. Make it a metal one coming from the top. Sort of like the hyte revolt 3. The rest of it is awesome.
