I have been playing Euro Truckdriver since the first edition came out on CD. Then later on added No. 2 and American Truckdriver as well. So, many years and thousands of hours.(I know I'm not Robinson Crusoe in this.) I would love to be able to afford to buy something like what you have there but, sadly, a retired Australian Paramedic on a Disability Pension simply cannot afford it. And no, I am not seeking sympathy. But a person doesn't need to go to the expense with these simulators.
A couple of tips for you. That gear stick set-up has way too much play on it. Makes changing gears a lot more difficult. Also, if you go into the set options, you can turn off the traffic fines. I found I was getting up to 25 to 30 fines for non-existent infringements! Hitting another car when I was alone on the road or running red lights when I was on the open highway/freeway with no intersections for miles. That's probably the only mild complaint I had but I solved it by turning it off.
But the work the crew at SCS etc have done a superb job and they have still managed to keep it affordable for blokes like me. I can't thank them enough, as the saying goes. I am basically house-bound now but these guys have made it so that I can get "out & about" from my chair. and it really was fun watching your video. And no damned AI voice!! Thanks to all of you.

i have had this game since it came out and i only play it with one monitor and hav played over 1200+ hours, i own my own custom truck and also have 2 people working for me and everybody thought it would wear thin, but they keep bringing out new DLC's for the game so it stays popular
