back in 2012 I pulled out an lga 755 cpu cooler with the fan unplugged after the PC went into blue screen from cpu overheat then touched another student on his upper arm above elbow with the bottom part of the socket. My science experiment was correct! People will cry when getting burned in less than 1.5 seconds, I was suspended for 2 days, and cpu cooler was just as hot as a frying pan on high heat.
If you reef out your cpu while the computer is ok … the display just freezes 😛
