1440p with measly 8gb of vram, sadly not gonna last long
I know it’s unrelated but currently looking at a new monitor. There’s an ASU’s rog 1440p 180hz ips panel with 1ms response time for about £250 or is the oled 240hz worth paying £550 for if I think I’ll max out about 180hz anyway until I can afford more pc upgrades. Is it worth the £300 more for oled? Current monitor is getting green lines so not sure how long it’ll last so have to upgrade now really

I’m actually kinda surprised to see replaceable ram modules and especially from Razer of all companies, I sure hope when it comes to 14inches and above laptops more and more companies do this
Also depending on price and some other little things like audio quality and keyboard this might be a good option to consider

Oh man, you really don't need to be taking on paid ads from these guys. Razer are an absolute shambles, I had to RMA like 5 blade 14s in less than 12 months and in the end took legal Acton to get my money back.
To everyone watching, don't buy a Razer, they look nice but are built like e waste on the inside and are designed to break more than any other big laptop manufacturer.
And to you Mr PC Centric, you get a BIG THUMBS DOWN 👎👎👎 your better than this. Warn customers about Razer, don't promote there products
I don't know if those temps reflect real world use? A laptop running below 70 degrees and being whisper quiet just doesn't add up. New laptops (by design) run hot these days and even the quietest of laptops have fans that sound like a 787 Dreamliner taking off. 80+ degrees is the norm (thermal throttle usually being in the high 90 degree range). I have no doubt that running a game for a couple of hours and outside of an aircon room will show very different results i.e. real world use. I will admit, I haven't use Razer laptops before because I think they are massively overpriced, but I have used everything from Asus TUF, ASUS ROG Strix and Zephyrus, MSI Raider and Lenovo Legion 7i Pro and they all run well into the 80+ degrees and you can definitely hear the fans on all of them.
