We need that fucking beard back
Seems a little mad with him being the assistant to the show lol I love a little tension …
I think that this is the first time i have seen linus kiss a graphic card like that lol
i hate poland for one reason, tech prices. that B580? 350 USD on avg. yup thats 100 more.
intel 5500 cpu is great for its price ngl :>
58:17 Linus is like Mr. Krabs, "money, money, money, eh eh eh, money, money, money"
I wish
Intel Will Give Us
4k High – Ultra RayTrace GPU
450 – 550 $ GPU
Equivalent Of RTX 4080 Super

can i use this card with B450m ds3h v2?
Its a shame that LTT doesnt consider the risk of food related items worth the potential profit because "golden Triangles" could be a great cereal could be like lucky charms sort of thing😂
Hi
Awesome Vid. Finally a GPU to get exited about.
I think/hope a 10 – 30 Min. Vid of this would also rock.
Not every one watch in the background or plays at 1.5-2 x speed as I may.
Love that you come back to make you some basic build videos with your great context in your dialogue.
Also Linus – AMD Stock Cooler "Do not cite the Deep Magic to me, Witch! I was there when it was written."
( not his quote just my interpretation of his reference.)
Thank you Linus and your full team for all your hard work.
1:22:48 Dan’s black metal Burzum joke. [applause]
As someone with over 8000 hours in destiny, he made the right choice not getting it
Every card seems to be cleared out and dubble msrpp
We need a status app ai updater
Could sata ssd raid0 be option in stead of nvme. Do you need that extra speed and how many raid0 drives equal nvme speed.
I’m fairly certain BigCommerce offers multi currency out of the box.
yeah i just bought a 7800xt for $699 AUD was a huge deal for me 16gb of vram which will be enough for the next few years
In other news, tech tip man struggles to describe love.
card almost at 400dlls due sold out LOL.
It's so weird that every motherboard still has a ps/2 port
Classic, 500 dollar pc on a 700 dollar monitor 😂
This is almost the exact same setup I'm currently building. I'm also rocking a 5500 with that exact same motherboard.
I'll be looking to flip this PC, so I'll more than likely go for a 6600 XT.
when i click the link, there is a flash on my screen like a tab is opening and then nothing, just me?
i refuse to believe youve never played a gow game
I'm so glad we have competition
No surprise a cheap gamer can't afford internet hence the disc lol
The first PC I ever built was in the early 90s when I was employed at a computer store – and in fact I remember the entire Pentium debacle (Pentium-60s and 66s, if I remember right – the 75MHz and later variants were fine). And I still don't mind seeing the "for newbies" videos come up every so often. This is more relevant when things change, like AMD changing whether the pins are on the socket or on the CPU, for example.
Around 53:00 in when Linus is talking about the PSU, I think when companies say "Recommended 700W PSU" or whatnot for their GPU, they're accounting for not knowing what kind of system you're building (9th-gen Intel or 9th-gen Ryzen, for example), but also not knowing what kind of PSU you have. A 700W Seasonic Platinum-rated PSU is very different from a 700 Apevia not-even-rated unit, for example.
About the rant with unsupported and similar hardware/software and the "I use this version, it does everything I need, why bother upgrading?" – I use Office 2000 because of that exact reason. A full installation is only around 300-400 MB (less than half a gigabyte!) and does everything I need from it.
Around 1h40 in – yes, DHL is headquartered in Germany (though apparently started in San Francisco), so packages that are getting shipped beyond "nearby countries" (eg Canada/USA, most countries in Europe being pretty close to each other, Paraguay/Argentina, etc) I can see being shipped to Germany to be processed first – so, let's say, Paraguay to Egypt might go to Germany first.
2:02:41 you have to ask the US Government inside trading network for those answers.
As someone who has the (original) ps5 and a Pc, I do game more on my pc, but Ill still sit down on the couch at the end of the day and play something on console for an hour.
Going to Europe en route to China is probably not super uncommon because north American ports cant support as big of ships so it may cost less to put it on a small one to Europe on a return trip because there probably not a whole lot of US exports heading to china or Europe these days (therefor its probably cheap because they're trying to fill the space), then switch it to one of the big economy of scalier ships for the rest of the way.
we need the beard back lInus
If I had to guess a lot of the 3D printed things that are used internally are heavily based off of existing things and some stuff needs to be done to ensure that what is released doesn't potentially infringe on copyright or patents because "A good engineer is a person who makes a design that works with as few original ideas as possible." to quote Freeman Dyson, and usually its kosher to make a clone of something for yourself there could be issues with distributing it even if it's not for profit or for any charge.

Anodizing metals, as far as I remember is near all the same, as long as it conducts.I suppose duration may be different, based on conductivity/resistances.
Edit: half concious thinking: not recomended.
I was thinking about plating, which is an option for stainless(And you could potentially anodize the plating).
Anodizing creates oxide layers, rather than alloy/clad layers.
Iron oxide is rust, which weakens the metal, while aluminum oxide actually strengthens the outer surface, similar to plating in a resistant metal(like nickel or chrome).
I hosed a laptop with a magnet as a kid, they may be better now but just dont.
Why not go with 12400F? Seems like a better choice even considering budget. AM4 is reaching end of life also.
Just did the math from the us, the cost in 637 with tax, around 600 without tax
Gun blue is like anodizing for steel.
Just use gun bluing for the black, or black nitride. Something normally for guns. Find out what they do to the barrel of the FN SCAR 17S and do that cause basically all my other guns have been destroyed by rust due to a period of improper storage3 but the SCAR was unphased.
Linus, I feel the need to ask why this video is 1080 P
cerakote is an insanely strong coating used in the firearm industry that could work well for the screwdrivers
YEEEEEEEESSSSS! WERE SO BACK!
This was crazy good content linus. Build one pc weekly and explore all the combinations.
During the unboxing, I was expecting Linus to drop something! lol!
