GAMING LAPTOPS SUCKS AFTER 1 YEAR PERIOD NO MATTER WHAT KIND POS
Quick question was there any laptop that conquered the keyboard flex issue?
Rip X13 and XG mobile
Hopefully Asus publishes the specs for the connector so we can get 3rd party eGPU options
hey linus fast tech tip from the future; don't trust honey
Guys you should do reuploads removing the honey ad
6:30 what’s the screen model?
I kind of wish they could review the newer model of the X13.
I have been using it for more than 2 years and this laptop is full of issues don't buy this laptop this laptop is a nightmare overheating issues you can't clean the fans without removing the whole heat sink AND most importantly ASUS after-sale service is worse and full of scams search on YouTube you will find out.
Can I install 2 tb gen 4 ssd 2230 in it?
the flow x13 has a huge upgrade with 32 gigs of ram and a new processor way more powerful and a rtx 4070
@Linus Tech Tips Rog Strix G513
Yea if you gonna use that its gonna break down in less then 1 year.
Any tips on what usb adapter i should get when i dont have xg mobile? Like what brand? I saw asus usb c2500 but im not sure about it
ty daddy
I am currently using a chromebook(for programming) and I have been thinking of buying a new laptop for sometime. I have been thinking of buying this but not sure but after watching your review I am sure that it will be a good choice for my next main machine, thanks Linus♥️
I am an Asus ROG G15 (2022 model) owner.
I am trying to RMA that laptop because it has defective iGPU (AMD Radeon 680M inside the AMD Ryzen 7 6800HS CPU made by AsusTek),
and have been definitely REGRETting buying it. (yes continously regretting)
If I see an Asus laptop post in my feed, I feel the need to inform the good people of internet about what they may confront with.
Don't buy from Asus because their products have issues(mostly QA-quality assurance) and their EU RMA contractors are just bad people.
Not sure whose coming back here in 2023, but is this a good deal in 2023 if it comes included with the 6850m xt egpu?
Thoughts?
I am a literal hawk. How can one not see 4K in 13.4"? I can see it on a smartphone screen.
a single type A on an ultrabook is considered good?
I buy the new one with the 4070
I got x13 + rg mobile for $2k. I was not ready to pay 3, but 2 is actually pretty good lol. Appreciate the vid as always linus
I recently purchased the x13 and it’s garbage. Nothing is easily or permanently solved. Constant repetition of problems regarding the most basic day to day operations. Sound, WiFi, track pad you name it. Basic stuff is impossible. Runs at 95° just checking your email. It’s a joke.
I'm definitely getting a flow x13, pure AMD Advantage version too
The power ultra book
Sorry, I don't care. I play Gothic on it anyway xD
The Asus is a rare class of a laptop because I don’t think there are any other 2in1s with RTX graphics out there (I’m referencing the updated version with a 3050ti)
And the new 2023 ROG FLOW X13/15 is kicking but last years' model , hahaha!!! Can't hardly wait till february, when it launches….
My first "nice" laptop was a dell XPS. I strongly do not recommend them. It felt expensive, but not useful. The motherboard failed after 8 months. It was clunky. The XPS series is a waste of money IMO…
After that I got a ThinkPad yoga, which my girlfriend still uses to this day. I bought the yoga used and it still works like a champ 3 years later…
After the yoga, I got a Asus Predator Helios (simply because it was the only high end laptop I could find here in Nicaragua) and it has been working like a champ!!
The more laptops I use, the more I feel like Dell XPS is a waste of money compared to what else is available. Just get a ThinkPad, and it'll never break…
just picked up a G14 paired with a 5800hs and 3060 combo best bang for the buck I could find for a 14" couldn't be happier
I seen that for 1400£ in Amazon I'm looking something for students dam and editing videos looks great and you can still play games wtf damn
it's the perfect machine. it spent more than 6 months of travels with me and i'll say this – 14 inchs laptops when you fly economy are a big fat lie. 13.4 isn't ideal either to be honest. ipads are, and so is this laptop thanks to the flippy-flippiness. it does CAD great (SW21 & F360 for modeling), and medium-high gaming (I play not-so-old titles like fallout new vegas, skyrim, starwars battlefront 2 2005 and it handles great). if you pair it with a dongle-less mouse, you free the usb-a port for storage or other stuff, I didn't need a usb-c adapter in my travels. I take a keyboard with me in the luggage that is handy during hotel stays if I wanna game on the room's TV (Don't forget an HDMI cable!). this laptop is a true companion. I have the 3050TI version though
For one of the biggest tech channels on YouTube to NOT review this as an ART WORKSTATION ,
I am hugely disappointed.
If a device is purpose made for a particular purpose review it FOR WHAT IT IS.
there is almost no videos on YouTube reviewing these convertible devices from an Artist/Developer perspective.
Wonder Book sounds nice.

I had terrible experience with ASUS TUF Gaming A15, so far Display, WIFI and Motherboard has been replaced in span of 3 months.. Not reliable at all based on my experience. Support will waste your time by asking you to reset your laptop each time you will contact then unless you take it to Service center etc.. In each incident i was asked to reset laptop which was waste of time i have reset this ASUS laptop almost 10-15 times imaging installing all software and restoring backup each time…
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.. i have hardly used this laptop 20% time i had this laptop and 80% time i was either writing email to support, Taking backup, Resetting the laptop, Installing software, restoring backup or laptop was at service center for repairs. YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN TAKE ASUS HEAD ONE… for mean they are not giving me replacement as they said replacement policy is for only 7 days, without ASUS mention about 7 days return policy when you buy asus laptop, for me i only came to know about 7 days policy when after 2 months i asked them regarding replacement when i noticed issue with display which went unnoticed due to the nature of issue. THEY WONT TELL YOU ABOUT 7 Day policy when you buy laptop, its not mentioned on the Invoice, Its not mentioned on any booklet that came with laptop so how on earth you are suppose to know about 7 days return policy?
Bought this laptop, and it s garbage… On battery it can game less than an hour… (52 min of forza horizon 4 on high preset 1080p 1hour with an undevolt of gpu & underclock of cpu) It s the most powerful 13 inch gaming laptop for sure, but absolutely useless without the charger. A good looking bad product.
Is this the guy that owns lyte pcs?
whose here after the new shorts
For me this keyboard is amazing
Well my 3080/11800/64gb/240hz/qhd/4tb/gen4 laptop makes these both combined look like a raspberry pi and it's a 15.6in
Nice mobile gpu
If only other ultrabooks had the same aesthetics as XPS13.
This laptop should have this feature where it gets raised from the ground while open, then it would be perfect. Because the point of such a small laptop is using it on its own with just a mouse as peripheral.
Great review
I have this laptop and as a gamer college student it’s pretty much perfect
Just copped one of these with an RTX 3050 ti. Cant wait
