Ya need to upgrade my monitor have a 1080p monitor just order my parts for my pc build a few days back which includes a 3070 rtx graphics card and ryzen 5 cpu.

I Agree in general that IO is severely underappreciated. Buy a good monitor, get a good mouse and keyboard, Invest at least a few hundred into your audio setup. you PC must serve these devices, not the other way around.

Why do you have a RTX 3070 and a 1080p monitor? Bump it up. Nothing less than 1440p for a graphics card like that. I have a 27-inch Asus VG27AQL1A running 2560×1440/170Hz with a RTX 3060 Ti. Running smooth as butter. 1440p is where it is at. I could never use anything less.
I'm using a 1080p 75hz monitor with a 3080 and 5800x while I save up for a 4k high refresh monitor

The most important reason the radiator should always be the highest point of your cooling loop so the air bubbles collect there, instead of the Cpu block. Air bubbles create inefficiencies in your AIO's ability to cool effectively.
geforce experience is utter garbage!
I think another important think to watch out for here – if your game is crashing try going back to previous drivers too – new drivers were causing my 3080 Ti to crash
If your monitor has a Built-in FPS counter would that interrupt your frame rates in games.
I had a friend who spent 2k on a computer and used a 10 year old monitor. Don’t understand that at all. Smh 🤦♂️
